3rd set of teeth


Some people mention that people have been found with new teeth developing. Most will say it's impossible, yet there are so many species of animals, including mammals, that are able to achieve it that it seems rather dogmatic to use the word "impossible" on this topic.

No one usually even MENTIONS the topic, let alone has any real info. However i noticed that ]Atom Bergstrom offers an ebook for sale [$ 4] at his website: Transcen-dental Mastication with the subtitle "FROM THE BLOTTING BRUSH TO A THIRD SET OF TEETH". He has so many outrageous stories about cures and how to create health that i wouldn't be surprised if he actually has some practical ideas on how to accomplish this.

This should be chanted while envisioning a clockwise spiral spiraling backwards, representing the spiraling of DNA in your own cells (aging going backwards), i.e. counter-clockwise.

When i'm in the right state of mind and (i think) i'm doing it right, doing the above mantra just makes me feel happy. Actually, that seems to me an amazing thing since i don't get that feeling much at all...
I've tried saying the mantra while envisioning a single spiral going backwards [spiraling back to it's origin] and also by imagining one spiral per part of the mantra or even by doing spiral after spiral as long as it takes me to do the mantra, once or even more times.
This mantra visualization exercise comes from Linda Goodman's Star Signs.
I named my daughter after Linda Goodman, that's how important her books were to me (at the time in my life and still, in some background way). Star Signs was my first book into MANY (truly) mystic aspects of life and remains to this day a unique source of some knowledge for me, this mantra being one of them, though god knows i've looked into plenty of sources out of the mainstream since then.

Adano Ley is a unique person, in my opinion. I myself have never seen a person look so 'human'.
When i do the Tibetan Rites, i notice that all through the following day people 'accost' me. They get in my way; the whole street will be empty but they're somewhere i can't ignore them. It's annoying, strange, and unavoidable. It makes doing the Tibetan Rites offensive. When i do them, !@#$ happens...
I've been considering this matter and how i can do the Rites and be safe. Adano Ley The Elemental Song, a way to access powers beyond the ken of most and come into harmonious relations with subtle life. Manly P. Hall ]covers the matter of elementals and i was much impressed. I've used elemental forces and experienced the real change they can make in everyday life. I was also impressed with both the sight and sound of Adano Ley. Therefore, when i heard his Elemental Song, i applied it. It seems to work, though i need to apply it diligently in order for it to do so continuously. The words matter, which is inline with ]my experience with words in general, and the words are like this [sung with the melody of My Bonnie Lies Over The Ocean]:

conditioning of the mind towards immortality


July 2013 update:
I'm 48. I was just lying in bed after waking up [slacking], and i realized i've been subconsciously seeing this body/life as something that has reached it's prime and is now breaking down. All research and logic concerning immortality suggests this is a lie and i need to leave this behind me. I'm not an inflated balloon that's now slowly deflating, which is the mainstream view. Life among mortals weighs down on one on so many levels...

I'm 46 and have been interested in immortality for a long time. I've also been aware of the power of words and thought since i was a teenager. I have carefully chosen each word uttered by my mind since then, a discipline simply exercised because i respected that the words my mind came up with had to come from SOMEWHERE and i wasn't about to just repeat them and bring them out into the open without being in agreement with them. So every word my mind would come up with, even if it wasn't spoken out loud, i would check to see if it was saying what i was trying to say. If a word obviously implied or stated something different than what my intention to say was, i would search for the appropriate words. This sometimes meant some distraction, sometimes it takes a moment or two to find the exact words that suit your intention, especially if you're distracted by words that come automatically but aren't well in alignment.
At some point i learned about the possibility of immortality. It might have been through reading Linda Goodman. I soon noticed that i had thoughts that undermined my desire for immortality. I wasn't a teenager anymore; the book's from 1987 so i was 22 when it came out. I'd read and reread Sun Signs maybe a dozen times and was excited to read her newest book at the time so i must've been 25 or even younger when i read it for the first time. The final chapter in the book is physical immortality [no, she apparently didn't achieve it herself].

Being aware of my own thoughts [more than average] through my discipline of words, I soon considered that i had destructive thoughts about achieving immortality. Mainly, i was being derogative towards young people in my choice of words.
"How could i achieve youth if i thought little of it?"
I decided to curtail this tendency, brought on by my culture, and to understand where these destructive judgemental thoughts were coming from and how they SHOULD be. I decided that most teenagers were idiots, yes, that couldn't be denied, but that they were idiots due to their culture, ignorance, and upbringing,, that it had nothing to do with their physical age. It was important to be clear on that.
From that time on i have had (and shown) more respect to young people than is considered the norm in this culture. Young people are just that: young. They are neither necessarily stupid, ignorant, or lacking in anything. Our culture offers them nothing and we're all stuck with reinventing the wheel and so it takes time to get a grip on life, that's all.

If my mind and subconscious was ever to allow my body to regain it's youth, being young would need to be a wholy desirable goal and i've monitored my thoughts for, like, 30 years to make sure none slip through my awareness that suggest otherwise.
It's just a foundation practice, nothing more or less, but the mind is a powerful tool, for destruction or creation, and needs to be respected.

I've recently come to consider that one must practice all things in relation to physical immortality, including the 5 Rites, from a place of service. That sounds more vague than it is, i think; we are social creatures, on a purely physical level, but on less tangible levels we share our existence with all other life. Therefore, no matter how you look at it, we must take other beings into account if we're to live harmoniously with them. Since immortality can only be accomplished in harmony, empathy is an inherent part of it.
Self-centered interests, therefore, should not lie at the root of immortality practices and considerations. Though immortality effects the practitioner in obviously beneficial ways, the benefits towards others are a very real, tangible, and sincere consideration. 80ish years of life is only enough to make a success of your own life, IF you're lucky; however, if you were to have 800 years at your disposal, for example, you could effect real change. Anyway, you could if you were to transcend ego-centered motives in general.
Empathic motivation is essential to not only actually attaining immortality but also to do so as a whole and human person [i.e. you might attain physical immortality without empathy but you'd probably be haunted by your self-centered roots, making your immortal life quite inhuman].

The 5 Tibetan Rites

A lot of people do the 5 rites not according to the description given in Peter Kelder's book.

Background
In 1985 a book called The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth written by Peter Kelder was published which for the first time fully described an exercise program for "youthing". This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. In fact, this book states that many have lived longer than most can imagine by following the program often called the "Five Tibetan Rites". The benefits are described in this book and a subsequent book 2 with an expanded description of the program by the publisher called the Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth - Book 2, a companion to the original book by Peter Kelder. Many thanks to the publisher Doubleday for such a special an expanded explanation of the Five Rites.

Potential Benefits of the Five Rites
The authors provide many examples of the benefits of the "Five Tibetan Rites" including the following: looking much younger; sleeping soundly; waking up feeling refreshed and energetic; release from serious medical problems including difficulties with spines; relief from problems with joints; release from pain; better memory; arthritis relief; weight loss; improved vision; youthing instead of aging; greatly improved physical strength, endurance and vigor; improved emotional and mental health; enhanced sense of well being and harmony; and very high overall energy.

How the Five Rites Work
Medical professions explain the benefits based on their personal perspective and I suggest you read the entire two books for a broad overview. However, the majority share the view that the rites represent a system of exercise that affects the body, emotions and mind. The Tibetans claim that these exercises activate and stimulate the seven key chakras that in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system. The endocrine system is responsible for the body's overall functioning and aging process. This means that the Five Rites will affect the functioning of all your organs and systems, including the physical and energetic systems and that includes the aging process. The man who brought these Five Rights out of Tibet stated that "performing the Five Rites stimulates the circulation of essential life energy throughout the body".

Chakras
Chakra is an Indian Sanskrit word that translates to mean "Wheel of Spinning Energy". Chakras are spinning wheels or vortexes of energy of different color that perform many functions connecting our energy fields, bodies and the Cosmic Energy Field. Chakras are powerful electrical and magnetic fields. Chakras govern the endocrine system that in turn regulates all of the body's functions including the ageing process. Energy flows from the Universal Energy Field through the chakras into the energy systems within our bodies, including the Meridian System.
Our bodies contain seven major chakras or energy centers and 122 minor chakras. The major chakras are located at the base of the spine (Root Chakra), at the navel (Sacral Chakra), in the solar plexus (Solar Plexus Chakra), within your heart (Heart Chakra), within the throat (Throat Chakra), at the center of your forehead (Brow or Third Eye Chakra), and at the top of your head (Crown Chakra). These chakras are linked together with all other energy systems in the body and various layers of the auras.
The Speed of the chakra spin is a key to vibrant health. The other keys to vibrant health that relates to the chakra is ensuring they are clear of negative energy and that they are perfectly shaped and not distorted.
The Five Rites speed up the spinning of the chakras, coordinate their spin so they are in complete harmony, distribute pure prana energy to the endocrine system, and in turn to all organs and processes in the body. This is one of the major requirements for vibrant health, rejuvenation and youthfulness.

The Five Rites Exercise Program
This program is often described as a modified yoga program. Simply put, yoga is a science that unites the body, mind and spirit. Today this is often called Mind/ Body Healing. The author of the book believes that yoga was brought to Tibet from India in the 11th or 12th century and that Tibetan monks over time developed modified these exercises and developed an effective program of exercises that western society now calls the "Five Tibetan Rites". The rugged mountainous conditions these monks live in may well account for their particular emphasis on vigor. Many of the yoga exercises and practices being taught in the western world today are very new. The "Five Tibetan Rites" are exactly what the ancient Tibetans developed over many centuries of time. Therefore it's very important to do the "Five Tibetan Rites" exactly as they are presented without altering the form or sequence to achieve some of the benefits accrued to these "Rites".

Beginning the "Five Rites" Exercise Program
For the first week, and only if your are relatively healthy and fit, do each exercise three times.
If you are inactive, overweight, or have health problems begin these exercises doing one of the first three each day, and only if you feel totally comfortable doing this. Later in this article I will describe exercises you can do to help yourself strengthen so you can begin to do the "Five Rites". If you have any concerns whatsoever, please consult with your physician. Individuals on serious medications should consult with their physicians.
If you are overweight do not do Rites #4 and #5 until you have developed some strength and endurance. Do the substitutes for #4 and #5 until you yourself feel ready to begin doing #4 and #5 of the "Five Rites".
Do only what you feel comfortable doing. That may be only one of each exercise for the first week. Build up to two of each exercise the second week, three of each exercise the third week, etc. or at a faster pace only if your body does not hurt when you do these exercises.
21 is the maximum of each exercise you should ever do. If you want to enhance your program, do the exercises at a faster pace, but do not so more than 21 of each exercise each day. Doing more than 21 repetitions of each exercise in any day will affect your chakras negatively and can create imbalances in your body.
The "Five Rites" may stimulate detoxification and often creates many unpleasant physical symptoms. This is why it's recommended to increase the number of each exercise gradually on a weekly basis. If you have not exercised for some time, prepare to begin your "Five Rites" exercise program by walking daily, for a half hour each day if possible. Another alternative in preparation for the Five Rites is a stretching program with a gradual increase in the types of stretching exercises and the duration of this program.
A sugar free and low fat diet is an important support when integrating the "Five Rites" exercise program into your life. Also check for Digestive Food Sensitivities and eliminate all foods you do not digest easily.
Do the Five Rites exercises every day. The maximum you should skip is one day each week. If the exercises are done less than six days each week, the results will be greatly reduced.
If on certain days your time is limited, do 3 repetitions of each exercise. This takes less than five minutes.
For maximum benefit, do the exercises before breakfast in the morning, if at all possible. If this is not possible do them anytime during the day.

Detoxification
Detoxification is a process that helps to clean out of the physical and energetic body toxins or poisons that have accumulated in your physical cells, organs, systems and in your energetic systems (auras, chakras, meridian system and all electromagnetic, magnetic and electric systems). I strongly recommend that people beginning the "Five Rites" exercise program undertake a Choming Essence detoxification program either before or as they begin these exercises.
If you have never detoxified you will probably have many poisons accumulated in your body and energetic systems. A full detoxification program with Choming Flower Essence, Gem Essences, and Tree Essences will eliminate all toxins. Detoxifying with Choming Essences uses vibrational essences, or what is sometimes called vibrational medicine to clear your systems of toxins and poisons. This includes the elimination of parasites, candida, viruses, and all poisons from pollution, pesticides etc.

This vibrational approach to detoxification is completely complementary to the exercises of the "Five Rites". Detoxification is essential for vibrant and long life. Anton Parks


]This interview tells the story of Anton Parks and his supposed link with a Reptilian being called Sa'am. [Similar to the 'experiences' of ]Janet Kira Lessin or the Pleiadian teachings by Barbara Marciniak.] I'm still in the process of reading the book at this moment [April 2015] and have yet to start reading the 2nd book, Eden. Barbara Marciniak is mentioned by the author in the above-cited interview and i now have her book Bringers of the Dawn.

]His books were written in French but 2 are by now translated into English.
The first, The Secret of the Dark Stars, speaks a lot to immortality. In fact, the title is clear: one of the secrets to immortality is consuming the female menses and other vaginal excretions. (Though it's not made clear if immortality for women is supported through consuming semen, i believe as much is suggested.)*
Now, though female women (as opposed to female Reptilians) might not be considered 'Dark Stars' [in the book they are Reptilian priestesses], we do possess their DNA, albeit dormant. Epigenetics is about accessing such powers and who's to say some women cannot or have not?
By the way, the book also clearly distinguishes between beings with exceedingly long lives and true immortals. It's largely about genetic programming but (as illustrated by the examples below) not entirely so.

A number of things are mentioned about immortality in the book, like Sa'am's genetic creator asking: "Why are you interested in reincarnating when you can enjoy life eternal?" [or something to that effect], and Sa'am's mate explaining that being in the moment and not letting thinking consume your life is one of the secrets to immortality.
Another tidbit in the book concerns the mental programming Sa'am both enjoys and suffers from. If this is possible and true, then we too likely suffer from programming that is genetically encoded, but like Sa'am we need only remain slave to such programming by being unmindful of and indifferent to it, i.e. if we are programmed to desire a short life, this is only a self-fulfilling prophecy if we do not speak out against this programming in our thoughts, words, and actions**.


* This obviously suggests a new definition of 'vampires'; "blood drinking immortals"? Aren't they also famous for their libido?
Could it be that the other-dimensional Reptilians that feed off of fear have been interwoven with immortal Reptilians that are very sexually active and feed off of menses, i.e. blood? When you're human and ignorant of what's really taking place, what are you to think?
In Tsarion's talk Anunnaki Endgame he mentions that sperm is male, milk is female, but blood is neutral and (therefore) coveted by arcane forces.

** In Walsch's Conversation with God books it is explained that we change our feelings by changing (at least) 2 out of 3 of deeds/thoughts/words concerning what we feel about, i.e. if we are consistent in 'living' a new truth, we will experience new feelings. It may take a while but our feelings, too, will come around and we are not necessarily slave to them (as most people assume).
