High levels of insulin are directly linked to the risk of developing cancer and other diseases. The results were presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, which was held December 6-10, 2011. Intermittent diets benefit long term health. The researchers explained that reducing carbohydrate intake for two days per week will produce better long term health results than reducing carbohydrate intake for every day of the week. Just drink water or nothing all day, 24 to 36 hour fast, for example… 24 hours would be have dinner, then don’t eat again til dinner time again, or have breakfast then don’t eat again til breakfast time again next morning…. 36 hours is similar in that you have dinner, and then do not eat until breakfast 2 days later – ie, eat dinner Sun night then have breakfast on Tues morning, this is my fave fast, it provides a lot more power to it. One 24 hour fast will quadruple HGH – human growth hormone… however, it will do something far more powerful and wonderous than that… it’ll put the human body back into growth cycle, something not seen in your body since you were 20 or so…. And you thought HGH was a big deal….
