TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

Omega 3s or 6s,
amino acids,
rawfood,
veggies,
pH,
minerals,
]enzymes,
vitamins,
fat-carb-protein ratio,
exercise,
when to eat what,
what to eat with what,
what to eat first,
what not to eat,
what to eat for sure...

IT CAN DRIVE A PERSON CRAZY!!!
So is it all just guesswork?
Can ANYONE make sense out of it all?

After considering ALL of these things [and more; think detox, parasites, etc.] in detail for decades, experimenting, investing, testing,, after listening to some great health leaders, some of whom are referred to (by many) as health gurus,, it seems to me that the only way to really make headway is to get to basics.

The basics to health can be summed up in 3 points:
- mineralisation
- toxicity [detox]
- probiotics/beneficial bacteria

Even most of so-called 'alternative medicine' is about fighting symptoms: fight the parasites, administer missing vitamins or vibrations [herbs], detox this detox that, ad nauseum. It's basically an extension of the microcosm approach of mainstream medical/pharmaceutical professionals. As if there's not a REASON parasites thrive in your body. People who think symptoms are not thinking reasons. There's just the 'good fight'. It's business. It's about acting before you've researched thoroughly. It'll keep you busy and probably make you a lot of money, but it's NOT about getting down to the (real) causes of problems.

You can't uptake vitamins without the right minerals (so there's not point in taking vitamins if minerals are lacking). There's no point in minerals if the enzymes aren't in place to assimilate them (so a diet devoid of enzymes defeats the purpose of eating mineral-rich foods). First things first.

First of all: you won't ever get healthy if you don't get enough Sun, for instance. Get outside or move to a place on the planet where the Sun has power all year round [above a certain lattitude your body can't synthesize Vit. D, even if you stay outside naked all day].
Second of all: your diet should consist of at least 80% raw foods. Better you eat raw meat than kilos of cooked veggies all day.

Before you get around to any other diet practices or foods, at least have considered the following:
- exercise is nice but sweating is necessary. It's a major way to detox and today's life is too polluted with all kinds of chemicals and other toxins to do without detox.
- eat according to chronobiotics. This is as much about assimilation as it is about elimination. Regular bowel movements are the first step to detox and avoiding toxification.
- try eating raw for breakfast and lunch at least.
- source mineral-rich foods like (wheat)grass juice or liver [one of the few foods that should be cooked].
- get enough (raw!) Omega 3 fats
- regularly consume raw fermented foods/drinks
- consume foods that support and balance hormones

Also, attention should be given to growing good foods, such as in the case of fertilizing grass with seawater to grow grass that contains all possible minerals. Similarly, good raw fermented drinks are usually illegal to sell commercially and must be made yourself.

Besides chronobiotics there are other basic eating principles to be considered. These are basics, like chronobiotics. Such things should be taught to all of the world's people. They are not to be considered luxury knowledge.

lifestyle

As i already pointed out under ]HEALTH, history,, ancient cultures developed traditions during millennia of trial and error. As these cultures are either now gone or a shadow of their former selves, we're left with research to guide us in finding out what's necessary. A good thing to keep in mind is what most or all of these long-lived cultures agree on: they all
- have a tradition of sweating profusely at times.
- enjoyed fermented foods
- consumed fats, salts, spices, and clay/dirt at times or regularly

Fats, salt, spices, clay
SPICES; Through research we find out that ]spices, for instance, give us necessary antioxitants. Some cultures that only go a few hundred years back have no tradition of consuming spices but even if you grew up in such a culture yourself, you can accept through research on health and human history that you need to incorporate it into your life.
SALT; At times through the ages wars have been fought over ]salt. It was valued as much as gold or used as currency. Research shows the importance of salt but Western culture has adapted a pseudo-scientific aversion to it. Health and history again show the importance of using proper amounts and quality salt.
CLAY; All animals consume clay one way or another. It is a natural way to absorb negatively charged particles that can attach to the positively charged heavy metals in the body and so draw them out. Simply by NOT cleaning too well the vegetables you harvest, you'll get dirt (and bacteria you need) that's beneficial. If your vegetables are rinsed and scrubbed to perfection, it's important to consume some sort of clay by other means.
FATS, including cholesterol; Fats have traditionally been valued as filling, nutritional, and tasty. Pseudo-science, politics, and Big Pharma have given it a bad rap. Tons of attention have been given to bad fats and the need for good fats is ignored. One needs daily intake of parent Omega 3's and 6's. Fats feed the fatty organ that is the brain and they are used for the membranes of cells (which is where the cell's intelligence is). Good fats can be eaten at will. There's no need to limit the intake of good fats and if one has abused the body with bad fats, more good fats will be required to allow the body to move out the bad fats (that have come to make up cell walls, for one).

]Fermented foods
Western culture has fallen for ]germ theory and now people are afraid to eat anything raw. They'll eat an apple but something that's clearly alive is especially suspect. Fermented drinks like ale are boiled to death and are only then considered safe. It's even illegal to sell non-irradiated almonds in the USA today [!], so afraid of other lifeforms has Western culture become. The history of mankind, as well as true scientific research, shows that consuming living foods is not a luxury matter. Raw foods, especially including raw fermented foods, are a necessary part of anyone's diet. They should be consumed daily.

Sweating
From the science, logic, and common sense that brought us ]Born to Run we understand that we are a sweating species. We not only CAN sweat, we NEED to. Cultures all over the planet have had their sweating traditions:
- the Japanese sit in hot baths
- Middle-Eastern peoples take their hot steam baths
- American Indians had their sweat huts
- Scandinavian peoples had their saunas
These people themselves rationalized their sweating traditions in some way; an Arab goes to the Hamam to get clean, someone in Finland enjoys the sauna to get warm, the Japanese take a hot bath for relaxation, American Indians even gave it spiritual meaning; in the end, however, it's about sweating. People just need to sweat. It's the best way to get rid of toxins. The body can eliminate toxins through liver and kidneys but by sweating these organs aren't taxed unnecessarily. Sweating also allows certain detox which organs other than the skin aren't able to accomplish.

All such things are ESSENTIAL parts of any healthy lifestyle. They are NOT a matter of preference or luxury. In the course of THOUSANDS of years peoples all over the world just accepted that they NEEDED to deal with these things. They probably didn't understand why, or only partially. You don't have to UNDERSTAND that something is necessary for it to BE necessary. You don't have to understand gravity to be able to fall to your death, either, eh.

Pseudo-science that is economically, politically, or culturally motivated has most people completely lost: salt or no salt? Spices or no spices? Probiotics or not? Raw or cooked? Etc. etc. etc.
In the end people end up doing almost nothing outside of ordinary cooked food. They omit adding fermented foods, good fats, salts, spices, clay,, and wind up with a diet and lifestyle that is deficient on many levels.
These things are needed regularly. If you've suffered a deficient diet in previous years, you'll likely need them daily for a long time.

modern civilization's unique challenges

If you live in Western society, you're likely:
- ]demineralized
- ]toxically loaded
- suffering from adrenal stress or ,offset=0#post684]fatigue
- ]deficient in good gut bacteria
- ]psychologically traumatized

That means you need:
- good foods, superfoods, and to grow your own
- to take detox seriously
- to support adrenal health
- get raw cultured foods (and probably make them yourself)
- face your mental and psychological challenges head-on

"I'd rather die!", most people would say...
However, i've been interested in most of the above my entire life and have been researching fulltime for years now to collect the knowledge that one needs to overcome the unique body of challenges we're face with in our age. You are, therefore, being presented on a silver platter a wealth of knowledge, insight, and wisdom that took me decades and years of fulltime research to accumulate.
If you had to start from scratch and if you had no help, it'd be entirely understandable if you'd prefer to give up rather than DEAL with all of the above. Particularly since you can't pick 'n choose but MUST deal with EVERYTHING if you're not to be severely crippled in your ability to cope with what's to come.

However...
2 of the above challenges are about your ability to cope AT ALL: adrenal fatigue and psychological trauma. They make you slow, tired, unfocussed, and depressed.
ALL OF THIS CAN BE OVERCOME! It's the mainstream that tells people that we just have to learn to live with poor quality of life and that there are no answers. People who don't have answers will tell you there just ARE no answers. Nothing new there. People who've done their research know better.

Through shere luck i was largely spared the psychological trauma most people suffer, Black Pedagogics. This is mainly why i'm able to deal with ALL issues, i.e. keep researching until i actually find answers. That includes, however, the research on the authoritarian trauma itself; it too can be overcome.

We live on a prison planet in a war zone. ]Little Grandmother says the strongest, greatest souls have come to the planet at this time to face this challenge.
Perhaps you're up to it.

10 free/cheap, easy, simple,, yet powerful things to do for your health

1: A few choice supplements
Iodine, MSM, colloidal silver, and magnesium.
]2. Walking barefoot.
Health guru David Wolfe brings knowledge about everything from superfoods, healing fungi, to ORMUS,, yet he says one of the most powerful things you can do is to walk barefoot. He says the body can then let go of stress and negative vibrations that otherwise accumulate in the body. By being grounded, especially while in contact with electrical appliances, we avoid building up negative forces that undermine our health.
]3. Proper shoes.
In his book Born to Run Christopher McDougall explains the science behind running and our feet. We were designed to run. The best shoes are no shoes. It also brings us to our next point, which he also explains: we were designed to...
]4. Sweat
Sweating turns out to be essential to the human condition. That's why people around the world have traditionally done it,, either by running, sauna, hamam, hot baths, sweat lodges, or whatever. Sweating is a deep, efficient, and quick way to detox, something especially essential in our age of (chemical, heavy metal) pollution.
]5. Fasting and enemas
Our guts lie at the foundation of our health. We digest nothing but only house the beneficial organisms that offer us nutrients that THEY've digested for us. Keeping our colon clean and populated with good bacteria is about good dietary choices [like raw (fermented) foods], good bowel action [particularly possible through ]chronobiotics], and knowing how to cleanse. When you fast, you should do enemas to support the elimination process, especially if you're not eating well already.
]6. Kidney, gallbladder, and liver flushes
Health is not just about putting IN minerals that can then be utilized by good bacteria (in the gut), it's also about things that get in the way that need to get out. Teas and foods that help clear liver, kidney, and gallbladder are helpful, as are regular bowel movements; often flushes can kick-start the bodily cycles, achieving massive and quick cleansing. Especially when one hasn't (yet) achieved a healthy lifestyle/diet, cleanses are essential, but even healthy diets don't (always) clear away what a proper flush will.
]7. Eating clay
Clay is essential to health and just about all mammals consume it in one shape or form, often daily. It drives off positively charged elements by attracting them to it's own negative charge. Mammals eat clay, there's no other way to put it. Nothing fancy, just work it in somehow.
]8. Dietary changes/different choices
Knowledge [like on this forum/board] is free. Knowing what better choices to make isn't about discipline; it's about understanding. Putting knowledge into practice is just about becoming clear what your objectives are. It's about being honest to yourself about what you know, what you understand, and what you desire. There's no money or difficulty involved unless you make it so. Know about the problems with xeno-estrogens [bad hormones] that undermine just about every function of the body. Eat beets and apples daily and see if you can't squeeze in some (wheat)grass juice somehow. These are just a few examples of things to consider to work into your diet.
]9: Sunlight
If you sunbathe around ]solar noon for just 15 or 20 minutes, you will be getting the Vitamin D3 that is essential to health. Roll up your sleeves and accept this nutrition that more and more experts are saying is essential to health.
Water with good vibrations
--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--
]Making good water to drink is essential to health.
Life is about vibrations, ]which is now being scientifically proven. Good vibrations make a good and healthy life. Follow the link, read about it, and make better choices.

These are 10 choices you SHOULD make. I could think of 1000 things that you COULD do. A human being living in our day and age, especially now after 77,000 chemicals have been introduced into our environment [including radioactivity, i.e. considering iodine supplementation], needs to support health through the above actions. Most of these actions were part of ancient traditional cultures, things they picked up on after millennia of trial-and-error. Scientific research [largely culturally and politically incorrect], historical research into ancient diets, and common sense suggest certain lines of action. These need to be incorporated into our lives as part of conscious, informed, and well-considered choices. Leaving these developments up to mood, chance, and opportunity is playing with fire. The more of the above that you don't incorporate into your life in some way or form, the more peril you call upon yourself (and only yourself to blame).

grounding / earthing

]Earthing is essential for optimal health
Walking barefoot on the earth has been a staple part of human and animal life since the beginning of time. In the past couple of generations, humans have made shoes, sandals and boots that insulate us from the natural energies of the Earth. Although these shoes protect our feet they also deprive us of the free electrons present in the ground. Grounding our bodies with barefoot exposure has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect that is a genetic requirement for optimal health.

David Wolfe has been expounding the importance of grounding, i.e. being in touch with the Earth. He says that we accumulate vibrational stress and need to release it through any kind of conductive contact. He says this is strongly related to health and something that can support health to an important degree.

I was listening to a podcast with Daniel Vitalis on OneRadioNetwork and a caller mentioned a technique (that he'd put in a book he published a long time ago):
- Lie face down on the ground/grass for 1 to 3 minutes to UNload negative charge, then
- lie on your back for a similar time in order to recharge

inflammation

]Inflammation is the cause of nearly all disease - Here's how to prevent it
Persistent, systemic inflammation is at the root of practically all known chronic health conditions, including everything from rheumatoid arthritis and high cholesterol to dementia and cancer. These conditions are not necessarily inevitable, and neither is chronic inflammation, but you have to know what lifestyle and dietary steps to take in order to avoid them, many of which are fairly simple and straightforward.
Excessive stress, poor diet that lacks vitamins and minerals, environmental toxicity, not drinking enough clean water, lack of sleep, and lack of exercise all contribute to low levels of chronic inflammation that often go undetected for many years until disease finally emerges.
follow link to read the rest

All serious health sources online talk about inflammation and how serious it is. Often, we're talking about things mainstream practitioners never consider, like how breeding colonies that occur in all root canals cause the body chronic stress. The body never truly relaxes, constantly sending off stress hormones and diverting growth and healing faculties to the never-ending battle.

the liver

--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--
According to Atom Bergstrom [Facebook]:
The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause..
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best
Cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
[sign in to see URL] of alcohal
9. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried
Veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

implementing dietary changes

]Teen girl rushed to hospital for eating nothing but chicken nuggets for 15 years
In the above story the extreme plight is covered of a 17-year-old who simply CAN'T eat anything other than one single unhealthy food. I've met a similar case myself, an 18-year-old with debilitating IBS [irritable bowel syndrome] who could only actually keep down foods that were aggravating her condition. Veggies made her puke.
What then?

Health is mainly determined by 3 things:
- gut flora
- mineralization
- toxicity
The above is contrary to what most people BELIEVE to be the case, namely that it's about fat-protein-carb ratios or vitamins; such things are symptoms and not causes. Vitamins, for instance, can only be absorbed in the first place by good gut flora IF there are enough minerals present to do the job, i.e. good gut flora and proper mineralization equals plenty of vitamins.
It seems that it could be quite possible to live off of a diet of only meat. It COULD be IF...
If the meat one eats is completely mineralized and therefore mineralizing to whoever consumes it, one could go a long way.
In the above example of a girl who can practically only eat chicken nuggets, if the girl were offered nuggets that came from chickens that had been fed the best foods, she'd probably see her health turn around by that one change. Then, in time, she'd likely be able to eat other things.
I forget the source but i've read about this before. I read or heard about a child that suddenly ate more than the 3 things she always ate because of such a change. The parents were amazed to hear their daughter say something like "Look mommy, i ate 'this or that'!" after years of only eating 3 things. It's all in the details that go back to the basics:
- microbes
- minerals
- toxins
If the girl that can only eat chicken nuggets were offered the best quality chicken and they also were dealing with toxicity, miracles could happen very quickly. I wouldn't be surprised [based on the kind of stories one can read about] if things could be turned around in a matter of days.
It would be wonderful if she might also be offered probiotics in some form or other to support an increase in good gut flora but 2 out of 3 [i.e. mineralization and decrease of toxicity] alone should be enough to turn things around.

This is where the rubber meets the road; all kinds of symptoms ultimately come down to a few basic causes. The endless array of symptoms gives people the impression that disease is necessarily complicated and improvement or even health necessarily difficult. Though this is what a 'medical' profession built on pushing drugs is happy to have people BELIEVE, reading into medical RESEARCH oneself paints a very different picture.
Even difficult eaters [children are notorious for this] can be helped by sticking to the basics and supporting general health (as opposed to focusing on symptoms). Choices based on such understanding offer results and cures instead of syndromes that never end. They also make FEASIBLE solutions possible. The TRUTH about nutrition is liberating and the BELIEFS about it only serve an industry focused on treating symptoms.
