TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

]Germ Theory
Louis Pasteur was a CHEMIST. He plagiarized the work of the MICROBIOLOGIST Antoine Bechamp.
Pasteur had money and political connections but what's even more important: his ideas connected with the political need for enemies. Long before the 'War on Terror', the 'War on Drugs', the Prohibition, etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum, there was the 'War on Microbes'.
Pasteur presented politicians an enemy: the tiny badguys. It fit right down their alley. THIS was a medical concept they could grasp and embrace, something a politician can wrap his head around and sell!

Antoine Bechamp's research made it clear that the ENVIRONMENT is mainly what determines health. He actually prooved that the body CREATES viruses from within it's very own cells when the environment of the cells concerned is acidic.
That's right: viruses don't need to come from outside (and it's been known for a very long time).

flouride

]Fluorine & Corporate Aluminum Socialism
In 1992 – 20 years ago – Dr. Robert J. Carton of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency stated …
“Fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud of the century, if not of all time.”
Fluorine is a yellowish corrosive gas that will attack anything. It’s so reactive that wood, rubber, or glass CATCH FIRE and asbestos becomes incandescent when exposed to a stream of fluorine. It’s a component of rocket fuel.

Fluoride produces preclinical SKELETAL FLUOROSIS, resulting in brittle bones, and both sodium fluoride (used in toothpaste) and aluminum fluoride precipitate the amyloid deposits of senile dementia in the brain.
Sodium fluoride is a byproduct of the manufacture of aluminum that’s used as a rat poison and for the fluoridation of water.
The numerous industrial fluorides in our water and food contribute to osteoporosis and mottled teeth.

artficial sweeteners [MSG/E621/aroma/flavouring/aspartame/etc.]

You Drink Artificial Sweeteners You Must See this Movie"
"Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World":
A Compelling Documentary that Exposes the Real Dangers of Aspartame and How it Became FDA Approved

Most anyone interested in natural health will understand that artificial sweeteners are not healthy for you. But nearly everyone of us leads busy lives that limits us from reading all we would like to, especially about things that may not be that much of a problem anyway.
After all, millions of people drink diet sodas every day and they aren't dropping dead like flies, and the government did approve this sweetener as safe so it can't be too bad.
Wrong, Wrong, Wrong

If you believe the above you are in for a sorry surprise. The beautiful aspect of this movie is that in a short ninety minutes you will easily in the relaxed comfort of your own home finally understand why aspartame is a toxic poison and needs to be avoided at all costs.
Personally I own Dr. Robert's $100 phone book size reference on Aspartame and a number of other books on the topic. However, I have never had the time to read them and understand at a foundational level why aspartame was so toxic. I just knew it was not natural and should be avoided and there were many that had problems with it. This movie allowed me to easily and passively learn the specific reasons and details on why aspartame is best avoided by all humans who are interested in staying healthy.

so-called traditional diets

A lot of supposedly traditional foods and diets go back a few hundred years but aren't really traditional at all. In order to get an idea of diets that developed after THOUSANDS of years, one usually has to look back 500 YEARS AGO, not a mere 200.

For instance, about 500 years ago the Spaniards came to South America. They found that the locals ate a lot of amaranth and quinoa. Since the natives appreciated these foods so much that they thought them worthy of sacrificing to their gods, ]the Spaniards actually forbade them from cultivating these crops anymore.
Now if you look back on what South Americans have been eating traditionally but you don't back all the way to when the Spaniards got there, you will get a very warped view of traditional South American foods.

This is important because peoples all over the world have gone through a trial & error process of achieving balance with their environment that took millennia. Native peoples learned through tough times that certain foods were just plain necessary, even though they might seem strange, or even repulsive, to someone outside the culture.
Mexicans probably didn't start eating bugs the first chance they got! But in time they learned that they suffered if they didn't add them to their diet. That's not because (their choice of) bugs are good for everyone, it's because it was part of the balance to the environment that people in Mexico were faced with.

However, as cultures around the world have become more homogenized, often the strangest and least commonly applied foods, herbs, and methods have lost favor. Perhaps this wasn't always a problem but as in the example of the South Americans and amaranth & quinoa, they lost a crop that has great nutritional value. It wasn't replaced.

Politics enters into it, as well. The ]Mangalitza pig was barely saved from extinction because these pigs grow twice as slow as regular pigs do. The quality of their meat, however, is much better and tastier. For farmers who have to attain quotas emposed on them by politicians, the Mangalitza could only be kept as pet. (In the end a few afficionados brought a few with them to the UK and saved the breed.)

Medicine men, shamen, and all kinds of ancient specialists have all but died out. With them died more than just medicinal knowledge. Considering the old adage
let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food
the knowledge that has been lost is much further reaching than the loss of a few plant species or eating habits. What replaced the old balance?
Nothing.

Many peoples have been eating rice or other staple foods for centuries. It doesn't really mean a thing. Though these people consider their diet traditional because it goes back many generations, it isn't necessarily traditional in any meaningful sense.

There are very few truly traditional diets in the world alive today. What people are left with is to try and CREATE a new well-rounded diet FROM SCRATCH, i.e. without the benefit of thousands of years of experience. It's important to realize that subtle matters take time and special conditions to become clear. For this reason, as well, serious research into what's becoming known about foods and their longterm effects is no luxury. Lacking a tradition to fall back on, we're left with research. Whether what one comes up with will suffice, only time can tell. The matter of carefully considering what should be part of a holistic eating pattern is a very serious one that deserves the effort it takes to try and find a healthy diet and lifestyle.

the definition of a quack and the 3rd Mercury War

As can be read in Huggins' book All In Your Head, there have been 2 previous 'mercury wars' and there's a third still raging a few dozen years already.

The first mercury war was won by the factions that were AGAINST the use of mercury. When mercury became commonly available and it's toxic/antibiotic nature evident, there was a movement to apply it in all kinds of new areas of healthcare and production. Mainstream healthcare at the time [around 1900], however, deemed the introduction of mercury dangerous, speculative, and risky [just like those who are against the use of mercury today do]. Physicians still used many natural remedies like herbs and also generally applied magnesiumchloride and colloidal silver as disinfectants (in everything from preservatives to surgery).
The factions who supported the introduction of mercury were 'defeated' and politics, medical consensus, and popular opinion decided against it.
During this war those who promoted mercury were referred to as quacks, a reference to the antiquated word for mercury "quicksilver".

After a number of medical, political, pharmaceutical, economical, social, and cultural developments [sigh], a number of safe and superior technologies (like the use of magnesiumchloride and colloidal silver) fell out of mainstream favor. Powerful political, pharmaceutical, and economical lobbies won over the general consensus and society was ripe for another grab for power by mercury-promoting lobbies.
This second mercury war was won by those PROMOTING the use of mercury in healthcare.
When this war was won, the victors rewrote history [as it goes] and now those who were AGAINST mercury were called quacks. As so often happens when politics and culture get mixed up, the name of those against something in time becomes the name of those in support of it, and vice versa.

Hal Huggins has been at the forefront of organising, collecting, and presenting research that shows the dangers and toxicity of using mercury. His efforts are among the forces now against the use of mercury in healthcare and elsewhere [as it is a general pollutant that effects all aspects of health and nature].
To this day people who pit their opinions and methods against mainstream ideas that support the modern political and pharmaceutical lobbies are referred to as quacks, contrary to the root and origin of the very word itself.

As the above posts show, the 3rd mercury war is now being lost by the true quacks (or QUICKsilver lovers).
The successes differ greatly from country to country. Some have already outlawed it's use in dental amalgams, for instance, whereas mercury is sprayed over ALL wheat that gets stored in silos in the USA, i.e. even supposedly organically produced wheat in the USA has been contaminated by mercury, the second most toxic natural element in nature. This mercury is spread over the wheat in silos because of it's antibiotic characteristics but this mercury added to the wheat does not show up in the list of ingredients of wheat products (and some people who are supposedly allergic to wheat show no symptoms after eating wheat products that never went through an American silo and are free of mercury poisoning).
The war, therefore, is still far from over and it behooves all citizens to be aware of this.

the death of genetics and other pseudo-scientific hypes

If you're more than 3 decades old you'll have noticed that popular media don't talk about genetics every other day anymore. Maybe 10 years ago it was "THIS proven to be genetic!" and "THAT proven to be linked to DNA!". Now the geneticists have fallen mute.
We went through the same process with germ theory. Everything was "THIS bacteria found to cause THAT!" and "BS virus causes THIS!"

"High cholesterol linked to ANOTHER condition!"
"High blood pressure cause of yet ANOTHER symptom!"
Sound familiar?

It's remarkable that after the so-called authorities realize they've been barking up the wrong tree and shut up to silently wait for their shame to blow away, lower authorities (like your doctor) and the population [the masses themselves: the biggest but least informed authority] keep at it. No one told them the hype was over... Your doctor STILL tells you to lower your cholesterol. Hell, your doctor's so ignorant that he'll usually even tell you to eat less eggs to lower your cholesterol even though mainstream newspapers published 20 years ago that doing that won't help.

It's all very childish. It's like a baby learning to walk. It's like a child because it's void of any responsibility, consideration, or wisdom. There's no acknowledgement of and subsequent reticence because of past failures. It's just one mistake followed by the next and STILL the conviction remains: OF COURSE we've got it right THIS TIME.
The same sh!t goes down in politics. War on drugs, war on terror, war on alcohol, war on this and that,, and never any acknowledgement that the same people who brought you bs in the past are the same bringing you a new message today. Only an idiot would take them seriously and i believe most people don't; it's just that the mainstream has nothing else to fall back on.

A victim just needs to be saved. There are no demands made on the savior. Any savior will do. Whatever route the savior points to is fine as long as the victim is told what he can or cannot do.
When i say "Jump!", you ask "How high?!"
When i say "Genetics", you say "How to we change DNA?!"
When i say "Bacteria", you say "How to kill them?!"
When i say "Cholesterol", you say "How do we get rid of it?!"

The truth is that genes are moot, bacteria are necessary, and high cholesterol is safe while low cholesterol is dangerous and ]has been proven to cause cancer. You don't hear about them anymore because even the people who brought you these hypes know better by now. The mainstream, however, are out of the loop.

supplements

]Why do we take supplements?
When manure was used for fertilizer, no one got sick. The reason for this was that the manure was rich in sulfur. In the 1930s, "the powers to be" decided, in a humanitarian way, that they wanted to help benefit the farmer. So, as benevolent as they were, they switched to the petro-chemical fertilizers under the guise that it would enable the farmer to spend more time planting seeds than shoveling doo-doo. The harsh reality was that the petro-chemicals created a cash "crop" for the petro-chemical industry and made everyone else that ate food, sick.
Coupling the petro-chemical fertilizers with the obscene over-processing of our food supply, which served only to increase shelf life and profits, it made our food supply completely devoid of the nutrient that was originally in the soil, which the manure provided - sulfur.
