TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

B12

26 out of 54 People Who Avoided These Foods Got a Brain-Destroying Vitamin Deficiency
According to Dr. Cousen's Blog:
"Consistent research over the last decade has shown that vegans and live food people of all ages and sexes have a much higher risk of becoming B-12 deficient ...
This deficiency is particularly true with newborn babies ... The good news that one major study ... showed, in studying 37 vegan children was that there was normal growth and development in children who were breastfed for 6 months at a minimum, when there was B-12 supplementation ...
It is my medical opinion, as a vegan since 1973 and live fooder since 1983, and as a person committed to supporting all those who choose to become healthy live food vegans, that it would be wise to incorporate some B-12 supplementation in your diet."

Cobalamin tonic is supposed to give B12: take a teaspoon of raw cocao, teaspoon of maple syrup [grade B or C], and take with your organic coffee in the morning between 07:00 and 09:00 [sundial time], according to chronobiotics.
B12 is also supplied by microbes in the gut. By simply NOT washing your vegetables too well, one can get a steady supply of the necessary bacteria that will supply B12 in your own gut. [Remember, germ theory is bs.]
Health professionals probably advocate B12 supplement, as well, because people tend to not take such matters seriously enough. By that i also mean that a demineralized toxic body will also be less able to produce the necessary vitamins, including B12. To be on the safe side, i'm sure it's considered B12 supplementation can't hurt. Vegans who are serious about health as well as they are about what they DON'T eat, i imagine will fare just fine.

Nori is a high-protein plant source of vitamin B-12
Nori has more protein per weight than either sunflower seeds or wheat germ. Just 100 grams, or roughly one cup of nori contains 41.4 grams of protein. In addition, the seaweed is rich in vitamins A, C and B-12.

sulfur

Sulfur in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables may hold the key to healing genetic diseases

In particular, the sulfur-containing part of plant cells in broccoli has been demonstrated to be an indirect antioxidant. According to a 2012 study published in Frontiers in Genetics, sulforaphane, as the compound is called, has an incredible ability to get certain enzymes to express. This is done by signaling genes in the cell nucleus. These particular enzymes activate the detoxification and antioxidant process. Over the past ten years, scientists have watched sulforaphane do this in vivo, meaning live, in humans. Sulfur heals.

iodine

What is Iodine Deficiency? = 11:50 min. YouTube vid
According to WHO, in 2007, nearly 2 billion individuals had insufficient iodine intake, a third being of school age. Iodine deficiency can have serious consequences, causing abnormal neuronal development, mental retardation, congenital abnormalities, spontaneous abortion and miscarriage, congenital hypothyroidism, and infertility. Later in life, intellectual impairment reduces employment prospects and productivity. Thus iodine deficiency, as the single greatest preventable cause of mental retardation, is an important public-health problem.

seawater baths

According to Dr. Ron Cusson, it should be very beneficial to soak in seawater every day.
La Gomera offers clear and clean seawater that i'm pretty sure is safe. The waters around the islands are deep, far south of any Moroccan cities and 200 km off the coast.
I came up with an idea the other day: one could fill either a natural or man-made bath in the valley with seawater and do even better than going to the beach where waves, people, sand, and cold make soaking a chore. Fill a bath of some sort with seawater, get in when already clean [like the Japanese do], and one wouldn't have to refresh the water for a long long time. Yeah, it would take a long time to haul enough water into the valley, but it might be very much worth it, for health and enjoyment. After a while, the water can be used for fertilisation, and water for THAT needs to be carried into the valley anyway.
Taking in sea minerals through the skin is a very real kind of nutrition. Sources suggest that the magnesium that's abundant in seawater can be 'ingested' through the skin, along with many other so-called trace minerals, i'm sure.

Just another thought along the unique possibilities that the island offers.

boron

Boron Rich Foods
- 4.51 raisons
- 2.77 hazel nuts
- 2.82 almonds
- 2.11 dried apricots
- 2.06 avocado
- 1.92 peanut butter
- 1.72 brazil nuts
- 1.63 walnuts
- 1.40 red kidney beans

It should be mentioned that one source stated that a 'biologically' grown apple [i.e in good soil] can contain 2mg of boron whereas a conventionally grown apple will contain as little as 0.20. That downgrades apples from a 'good' source of boron to a lousy source.
I've also heard that most of the boron in apples is in the core.
