He mentions some details. One that might be added: if at all possible, take non-bovine (raw) milk. Also, why chia seed powder? Chia seeds saturate themselves with liquid in about a minute. They might then successfully be mixed with the rest (to get rid of their eggwhite-like texture). Idea to add: put some colloidal silver in there. Something one can add to anything without changing texture or taste. Or add the colloidal silver to the raw milk. I always do after i buy raw milk, anyway, since it keeps it fresh. Raw Nutella     1 cup hazelnuts, soaked for 8-10 hours     ¼ cup raw agave or maple syrup     1 tsp vanilla extract     ¼ tsp sea salt     ¼ cup raw cacao powder     2-4 tbsp raw almond milk* Drain and rinse hazelnuts and place in food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Depending on the strength of your blender, this may take 10-15 minutes to get the desired consistency. Once the hazelnuts turn into a buttery consistency, add the sweetener, vanilla, salt, and cacao powder and blend until smooth. Slowly add almond milk until desired consistency.nondisclosed_email@example.com (TheLivingShadow)Fri, 13 Jan 2012 18:27:38 +0000 Oreoshttps://b2012overleven.runboard.com/p1031,from=rss#post1031https://b2012overleven.runboard.com/p1031,from=rss#post1031Makes 25 to 30 sandwich cookies For the chocolate wafers: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar [can be a bit less] 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) room-temperature, unsalted butter 1 large egg For the filling: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) room-temperature, unsalted butter 1/4 cup vegetable shortening 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1.Set two racks in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 375°F. 2.In a food processor, or bowl of an electric mixer, thoroughly mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder, salt, and sugar. While pulsing, or on low speed, add the butter, and then the egg. Continue processing or mixing until dough comes together in a mass. 3.Take rounded teaspoons of batter and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet approximately two inches apart. With moistened hands, slightly flatten the dough. Bake for 9 minutes, rotating once for even baking. Set baking sheets on a rack to cool. 4.To make the cream, place butter and shortening in a mixing bowl, and at low speed, gradually beat in the sugar and vanilla. Turn the mixer on high and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until filling is light and fluffy. 5.To assemble the cookies, in a pastry bag with a 1/2 inch, round tip, pipe teaspoon-size blobs of cream into the center of one cookie. Place another cookie, equal in size to the first, on top of the cream. Lightly press, to work the filling evenly to the outsides of the cookie. Continue this process until all the cookies have been sandwiched with cream.nondisclosed_email@example.com (TheLivingShadow)Sun, 27 Nov 2011 12:16:26 +0000 RECIPEShttps://b2012overleven.runboard.com/p502,from=rss#post502https://b2012overleven.runboard.com/p502,from=rss#post502vegan/raw ice cream: Truth Calkins and David Wolfe [part 1]: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=OQ6_iN3oe6M Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=AL0HHxfQWuc Banana ice cream - frozen (ripe) bananas - dried (natural) vanilla - maca powder - chocolate powder mix in powerful mixernondisclosed_email@example.com (TheLivingShadow)Sun, 12 Jun 2011 12:08:42 +0000
