TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

fasting and exercise

Growing evidence indicates that fasting and exercise trigger genes and growth factors which recycles and rejuvenates your brain and muscle tissues. These growth factors include brain derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) and muscle regulatory factors (MRFs); they signal brain stem cells and muscle satellite cells to convert into new neurons and new muscle cells respectively. Incredibly, BDNF also expresses itself in the neuro-muscular system where it protects neuro-motors from degradation.
This means that exercise while fasting signal your body to keep your brain, neuro-motors and muscle fibers biologically young.

The Eye of Revelation

I actually practice those Five Rites based on the original 1939 and 1946 editions of the book The Eye of Revelation.
There are some important differences in the original text for those that are interested.
This thread has some very interesting links that I will check out as well.
Thanks and keep 'em coming

Also, I just discovered there is a book out there by Harry J Gardener called Five Fold Life Extension Course. Not really sure about the contents, but I'm looking for a copy.
And I just recently read a book by a guy named Art Kunkin who claims to have created a version of Philosopher's stone that he uses to stay feeling young at 80+ years old.
I'll have to locate the link when I get to a computer. (Posting from my phone.)

The 2nd book has additional info on other optional things, but the 1939 will give you the core of the system.
Within the next week, I plan to have the 1946 available for Free for a while. That way you can snag a copy to download.
Also, I'll be updating soon with my own experiences on the 6th Rite. While I don't know exactly why it works....I can attest to the powerfully strange experience of doing it.

Admin addition:
Here you can find free downloads for both the 1939 and 1946 edition of The Eye of Revelation, the original version of "The Fountain of Youth" (which has become so popular in the later 20th century.
This is a kind and generous initiative of Niac7.
Enjoy and if possible donate.
Niac7's website appears to have been lost. Damn shame.
I (obviously) downloaded both versions of the book [thank god!]. If anyone's interested in me sending them the pdf, email me.

Peter Kelder's original text

I ordered the free Ebook. Great work there niac7!
This book should be in everyone's list of must-owns, as far as i'm concerned.
Thanks for setting me straight on the original title of the book, as well.
So there are the 2 editions; is it worthwhile to have both? Can you share in short the differences?

An interesting thing i've run into [only once...] that's connected to the 6th rite is that when one makes a vacuum in one's belly this way, what happens is that toxins are drawn into the vacuum [more or less; obviously not that simple], allowing for the body to get rid of toxins in that (perhaps very unique) way.
It mighta been David Wolfe who talked about that.
Obviously, the 6th is also about bringing the flow of juices upward, something all of the masters of health and immortality (and sexuality) talk about. The most important processes are always synergestic, eh. If it's going to turn a mortal into an immortal, it's probably gonna be linked to all kinds of key processes in the body (if not the mind).

hive products and mead

from Stephen Buhner's book Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers, page 56:
The long-lived of antiquity who ate a diet primarily composed of bee products is impressive: Pythagoras, the Greek philosopher and mathematician, lived to the age of 90. His disciple, Apollonius, lived to 113. Anacreon, another Greek of antiquity, lived to 115. The Greek Democritus, perhaps one of the world's greatest physicists, lived to 109.
Pliny the Elder researched the ages of people living exclusively on honey and hive product diets late in the first century A.D. He found that in the region of the Apennine mountains, there were an anolomous number of people more than 100 years of age. Fifty-four were 100, fifty-seven were between 100 and 110, two were 125 years old, and seven were 135 years of age or older. In Parma, he located five who were more than 125, and nearby another eleven more than 100.
Piast, the kind of Poland in A.D. 825, was a beekeeper who subsisted primarily on honey and other hive products. He lived to be 120 years of age. One Hebrew tribe, the Essenes, were noted beekeepers and renowned for their great age -- many passing 100 years.
Plutarch (A.D. 46-120) observed that the Britons, who subsisted on great amounts of honey, "only begin to grow old at one hundred and twenty years of age". The original Bardic name of the British Isles was "the Honey Isle of Beli" -- beekeeping was a major industry and honey one of its principle commodities. When Pliny the Elder visted the British Isles, he commented that "These islanders consume great quantities of honey brew." A pre-WW II investigation of tombstones in Britain noted that there were many long-lived Britishers who ate a great deal of honey from the comb. A few:
Sir Owen of Scotland died at 124 years of age,
his last son was born when he was 98 and he walked 74 miles in six days in the last year of his life;
Peter Garden, a Scot, died at the age of 131, keeping the appearance of a young man until the very end;
Willaim Ellis -- 130;
Mr. Eccleston, Irish -- 143;
Colonel Thomas Winsloe, Irish -- 146;
Francis Consist -- 150;
John Mount, Scot -- 136;
Thomas Parr -- 152.

immortality, happiness, and sex

If happiness is the result of success, then immortality could itself cause happiness. But youth itself, obviously, is no cause for happiness, as any teenager can testify. What, then, is the link?

Research of the greats, people like Charles Darwin, teach that our culture tends to support the opposite of what our nature requires. To be a happy human being one must be successful at being human! It sounds so mundane but as part of a culture that culls humanity at every turn, understanding what it means to even be human is a first important step to becoming a successful, i.e. happy, human/person.

One of the things that Charles Darwin mentions in his The Descent of Man is that (all) species equate youth with strength or vigor. The most powerful/youthful/vigorous members of a species look each other up for procreation and each member of a species strives to acquire the most vigorous partner it can. This is about sexual success.

Youth, in this sense, is not only connected to health, vigor, and being attractive but also to sexuality. They are all connected then: youth, sex, and happiness...
Being human (indeed, being a biological lifeform) is also about being sexual; all life also procreates. Being a SUCCESSFULL human being (lifeform), i.e. a happy human being, will at some point be connected to being successful at sexuality. Charles Darwin, therefore, helped explain that sexuality can be an important part of acquiring happiness. He also helped explain how and why.
If you have acquired the sexual partner that suits your own level of attractiveness/health/youth/vigor, you've attained a level of success that is inherently linked to your existence as a human being.

Do you need sex to be happy?
What? You're complaining about (having) sex with attractive partners...?!

Our culture has all kinds of spiritual conceits about existence and sexuality that make no sense at all. It should be noted that the most sophisticated and promising spiritual teachings incorporate sexuality into the dharma, often as an important, powerful, or essential role.
As i believe that a lot of so-called spirituality is about (re)connecting people with their humanity, (re)connecting them with the sexual aspects of that same humanity then only would appear appropriate. And let's be real: how can one ever transcend one's humanity without first having accepted it (by transcending one's culture)?
There is no inherent link to transcending one's humanity and being incarnated as a human being and even if there were, the 7,000,000,000 of us on the planet that WON'T transcend our humanity still have to carry on... They CAN, according to The Eye of Revelation, achieve immortality or extremely long life. The point here being that there IS an inherent connection between being human and being sexual.

For human beings it is therefore necessary to be sexually successful. Sexual attractiveness is directly related to youth and vigor according to Darwin, so there's a strong reason to postulate that regaining one's youth will result in more sexual success and in this way, in more happiness.

As i cover in this post on happiness and peace of mind, having done what one knows to be necessary results in peace of mind and having success results in happiness. This relates to the above, therefore, through not only actually achieving youth, but understanding how this relates to one's humanity and inherent sexuality.

Let's face it: it would be a real downer to be immortal but be unhappy. There are human parameters to be considered but then one of the greatest parts of not losing one's vigor after 40 or 50 years is being able to actually APPLY the wisdom it takes decades to accumulate...! (It wouldn't take that long in a culture that embraces and supports human nature, but Western culture is inherently schizofrenic in these matters, speaking of humanity but stimulating inhumanity.) That includes the knowledge, understanding, and wisdom offered us all by Darwin on humanity and sexuality.

Cellular Rejuvenation

Sexual Vibrancy & Cellular Rejuvenation #1

The Mighty Atom (Joseph L. Greenstein, not the Timely Atom, Atom Bergstrom) told Slim “The Hammer Man” Farman, “There is no such thing as an involuntary response.”
“The heartbeat,” offered Slim.
“The mind can control the working of any organ, any part of the body. The brain rules the heart, not the other way around. I can regulate my own heartbeat, my pulse – I can commit suicide by breath control right now if I want to,” replied the Atom.
“I believe you, Joe,” agreed Slim.
“Of course you do. But mere belief is not enough. You must know. You must see for yourself.”
So the Mighty Atom slowed his pulse to a standstill, stopped it for ten seconds, and slowly restored it.
How did the Mighty Atom realize WHAT he is is greater than WHO he is?
He was shot between the eyes at close range with a .38-.40 caliber revolver (backed up with forty grams of black powder), and walked away to tell the tale.
It happened in Houston, Texas, and a local newspaper headline proclaimed …
“KID GREENSTEIN STOPS BULLET!”
You can read all about it in Ed Spielman’s 1979 book, The Mighty Atom: The Life and Times of Joseph L. Greenstein and he’s mentioned in Dave Yarnell’s 2009 book, The Secrets of Age Defying Strength: And How to Obtain It.

Greg Whiteley said … “It appears like you’re biologically threatened if you change your worldview, but you’re actually biologically threatened if you don’t change your worldview. How long do you have to piss in the wind before you figure out you’re getting soaked?”

Hemp Repairs Damaged DNA
The good news is that the two primary proteins found in hemp seeds -- Edestin and Albumin -- can assist the body in repairing damaged DNA that it is otherwise incapable of fixing on its own. Edestin protein, which is only found in hemp seeds, has a makeup similar to blood plasma and has been shown to promote a healthy immune system as well as eliminate stress. Its counterpart, Albumin protein, assists in maintaining the strength of tissues that hold the body together.
“Hemp protein contains all of the 20 known amino acids -- including 9 essential amino acids (EAAs). These amino acids are labeled “essential” because the human body can’t produce them on its own. A diet that is deficient of EAAs may lead to degenerative conditions,” according to Global Hemp.

Atom Bergstrom mentions [15 minutes into the May 2nd 2011 podcast on OneRadioNetwork] that pine nuts are a good longevity food, particularly from the 5 needled pine. There's this 5000-year-old pine called Methusalah, the oldest known non-clonal organism on Earth.

The pine seeds of this Great Basin Bristlecone Pine [Pinus longaeva] would be especially supportive of longevity, he says, though pine nuts and food from everygreen trees in general, would be good.

The pine (nuts) are linked to the pineal gland and we all know that the largest statue at the Vatican is one of a giant pine cone...
Pine trees having needles in bundles of five are the Champions of Individualist (not Vegetable Cloning) Longevity, including …
(1) Rocky Mountain Bristlecone Pine
(2) Great Basin Bristlecone Pine
(3) Foxtail Pine (some varieties have only four needles)
(4) Eastern White Pine (The Tree of Peace of the Iroquois Five Nations)
(5) etc.

digestion / guts / stomach / G.I.tract

A number of 'health gurus' mention a lack of stomach acid as cause for lack of minerals and proteins.
I still haven't gotten a clear idea WHY the body starts producing less stomach acid but the effects appear quite serious. One thing that happens is that bad bacteria aren't killed before food goes on into the system, especially leading to so-called L-form bacteria problems.

In this podcast with Dr. Wright, at 58 minutes into the 2nd hour, my question regarding stomach acid was dealt with. He suggested taking Betaine Hydrochloride(HCL) With Pepsin (and reading his book).

I remember Robert von Sarbacher suggesting a daily butter/cinnamon/honey mix for stimulating stomach acid production, as well.

The Large Intestine & Physical Immortality
The INDOLE is a fundamental part of longevity.
It’s a bacterial breakdown product of the indolic amino acid L-tryptophan, and there’s lots of it in the large intestine.
The indole paradox is …
(1) Indole causes cancer.
(2) Indole cures cancer.
Indole is responsible for the scent of jasmine, orange blossom, and feces.
Indole is also part of the “bad breath cocktail.”
It’s in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables.
Indole derivatives are responsible for the longevity of the giant redwood.
Indole is the power behind the drone of LSD, and it’s connected to altered states of consciousness.
It’s involved in pineal functions, higher awareness, and physical immortality.
Indole is found in the deep-blue violet dye INDIGO … linking it to the spermal Sixth Chakra (Ajna Chakra).
L-tryptophan, serotonin, melatonin, LSD, bufotenine, and psilocybin are all based on the indole “ring,” the basic structure of the indole.
90 percent of the “brain” neurotransmitter serotonin is found in the enterochromaffin cells of the intestines …
