In this YouTube video at about 08:30 into it, is an infamous phone call made to Art Bell on live radio; it suggests that there's a coming event that is known by govt and military to be coming from which people can be saved, i.e. moved to safe areas.
Sounds to me a lot like moving to areas away from where the mege tsunamis will strike, not "areas that aren't effected by economic disaster" or "areas that are not effected by the asteroid strike" or god knows what.
This is the transcription:
In 1997 syndicated talk show host Art Bell received a frantic call from a man claiming to have worked in area 51.
The call was immediately knocked off the air.
Hello Art? ["Yes"]
Hi... i don't have a whole lot of time...
[...]

["Were you there an employee or are you now?"]
I'm a former employee. I was let go on a medical discharge about a week ago and... i kinda been running across the country... I don't know where to start...
They're gonna... they'll triangulate on this position really really soon
["...so give us somthing quick"]
Okay... well, what we're thinking of as aliens, Art, ... they're extra-dimensional beings that an earlier precursor of the space program made contact with
... they are not what they claim to be... they have infiltrated a lot of aspects of the military establishment, particularly the Area 51...
... the disasters that are coming... the government knows about them...
and there's a lot of safe areas in this world that they could begin moving the population to... NOW, Art

They are not! They want those major population centers wiped out... so that the few that are left will be more easily controllable.
The radio program was knocked off air and they went to a backup system for the remainder of the show...
A few things stand out:
"the few that are left"
"there's a lot of safe areas in this world"
"the disasters are coming"; plural
- I've been talking about "Reptilians" for years, indeed extra-dimensional beings (who have by now left the planet, leaving their lackeys behind to die).
- As long as you're not anywhere near the coast and prepared, you might survive what's coming fine, as long as it's a massive preparation and you could prepare against unprepared folk that might threaten you. Also, as long as the govt stops all of the nuclear power plants in time [and lets the oil reserves run dry along the coast], pollution from the disasters would be overseeable.

Actions speak louder than words and certain things can be deduced from the actions of others, or in this case the actions of government.
Govts are slow-witted, slow-moving, burocratic leviathans,, yet even they are moving to prepare for what might (or will) happen December 2012. Food for thought, that...

Unfortunately, the dictatorial moderator there was SO annoyed by a post i placed there that she not only barred me from the forum, which is her good right as moderator i guess, but she also banned my ip address, but worst of all, she deleted the many valuable posts i had contributed. This is fucked up fo SO many reasons, like:
- she denies everyone (easy) access to the valuable content i offered by deleting the link i had under every post to all of my posts
- which she even acknowledges by posting "you have so much great info and knowledge to share. Stick to that."
- while no one else on the board is contributing anything remotely as valuable as i was
There were 5 people active on that forum, all of which attacked my posts in one form or another. It is typical of the self-destructive nature of the 75%, who would rather commit suicide than listen to data, logic, or common sense that threatens their authoritarian paradigm. Particularly, they feel threatened by individuals like myself who clearly show disdain for that paradigm. It makes them fear for their life!
It is very unfortunate because for a few weeks i put in some hard word there and only the 25-odd readers of that message board during that period of time will ever know i was there and have learned about my knowledge, experience, and this Runboard of mine.
I did receive a great numbers of hits to this board for a few days once i started posting there; July [2014] 6 thru 15 showed the following number of total page views (which has previously averaged around 30+ a day): 89, 57, 112, 149, 32, 147, 236, 1286, 1145, 153
IF the online community concerning Planet X/Nibiru is controlled by TPTB, one might imagine them applying tactics like these to keep the kind of knowledge i've amassed from getting to the people interested in receiving it...
