TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

enterotyping

I already linked to enterotyping under cancer cures but am interested in it as nutritional principle because everything i've heard and read so far seems to point to bacterial balance that offers extreme health. There are people like Aajonus Vonderplanitz who profess eating raw meat leads to extreme health, even to the point that he only needs 3 hours of sleep, yet others appear to reach similar effects on a vegan diet. The lesson appears to be that there are a number of roads that lead to Rome when it comes to diet and enterotyping is the first theory i've come across to map this idea.

According to this Mercola article there are 3 basic bacteria balances that can be achieved. Since research into health clearly points to the importance of gut flora, this could be very important information indeed.
Gut flora determines what your body can assimilate and your symbiosis with the countless bacteria living off of the soil in your gut (which is one way to see what's actually happening in the world of digestion) has everything to do with health, nutrition, and disease.

sunlight / UV rays

Using sunlight to disinfect is efficient, cheap, effective, and therefore very suited to a post-apocalyptic life-style.

One can disinfect water by allowing it to bathe in sunlight, but that does require that it be shallow.

In many countries people bring out their carpets, clothes, and bedsheets into the Sun every day. This is EXCELLENT practice. In fact, one would do well to bring one's mattress out into the Sun, as well, bed mites and other microbial colonies in mattresses being a significant (and disgusting) threat.

gut flora

Why this Single Organ Powerfully Dictates Whether You're Healthy or Sick
The importance of your gut flora, and its influence on your health cannot be overstated. It's truly profound.
Your gut literally serves as your second brain, and even produces more of the neurotransmitter serotonin—known to have a beneficial influence on your mood—than your brain does.
Your gut is also home to countless bacteria, both good and bad. These bacteria outnumber the cells in your body by at least 10 to one, and maintaining the ideal balance of good and bad bacteria forms the foundation for good health—physical, mental and emotional.
The challenge is to identify strategies to optimize that bacterial population, so that you can live in a beneficial, symbiotic relationship where they nourish you, help you fight disease, and optimize your health.

germ THEORY

Germ theory delusions collapse as new science reveals healthy people carry 10,000 different germ strains at all times

Louis Pasteur was a CHEMIST.
He plagiarized the work of the MICROBIOLOGIST Antoine Bechamp & Claude Bernard.
Pasteur had money and political connections but what's even more important: his ideas connected with the political need for enemies. Long before the 'War on Terror', the 'War on Drugs', the Prohibition, etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum, there was the 'War on Microbes'.
Pasteur presented politicians an enemy: the tiny badguys. It fit right down their alley. THIS was a medical concept they could grasp and embrace, something a politician can wrap his head around and sell!
Antoine Bechamp's research made it clear that the ENVIRONMENT is mainly what determines health. He actually prooved that the body CREATES viruses from within it's very own cells when the environment of the cells concerned is acidic.
That's right: viruses don't need to come from outside (and it's been known for a very long time).
What BECHAMP's research makes clear is that microbes are not the problem, be they bacteria or viruses. What matters more than anything else is whether a person has an internal environment that makes habitation by microbes possible and hospitable.

Louis Pasteur presented the world [i.e. politics and professionals] with a THEORY: microbes are the problem. This theory is TO THIS DAY still embraced by politicians and mainstream 'medical' [better to say "pharmaceutical"] professionals. This germ theory is unscientific and has not been confirmed by modern research. Allowing this theory to continue to guide mainstream medical thinking is backwards, irresponsible, and unconscionable.
By now there is a billion [if not trillion] dollar industry built around fighting microbes. Basically the entire pharmaceutical industry is built on killing off make-believe badguys. After all, we'd all be healthy if not for these intruders, is the thinking behind a lot of mainstream medicine.
It's never about the environment: are there enough minerals? is the pH okay? How about toxins? Enough (kinds of) beneficial organisms?
Instead, toxins in the form of pharmaceuticals are actually ADDED and one-celled organisms are killed off indiscriminately. It's just insane 'medicine'.

Germ theory is the main reason why doctors only fight symptoms and almost never cure ANYBODY.
Germs, bacteria, microbes,, they're all part of a SYMBIOSIS that is life. For Christ's sake, every single cell of our body is powered by mitochondria that have their own DNA! They're not human. They are inhuman life forms that work in symbiosis with human DNA at cellular level. If all inhuman DNA were taken out of 'our' bodies, we would not last a nanosecond.
There are more inhuman cells in every one of our bodies than there are human cells. Some estimates suggest that for every human cell there are 10 inhuman cells, i.e. microbes. They're much smaller than human cells and most of them live in our guts but they still outnumber us about 10 to 1. We either live in harmony with such lifeforms or we don't.
ANTIbiotics are not about SYMbiosis. It is ANTIbiosis, if such a word makes any sense at all.
David Jubb says a healthy gut contains 80,000 different strains of microbes. They break down what we eat step-by-step, stage by stage. THE HUMAN BODY DIGESTS NOTHING!
Our internal microbes digest food and our intestines are where they reside. Our bodies PREdigest food by adding acids in the stomach, to name one step of the process. Digestion takes place in the large intestines and is the process of microbes breaking down food until it can be absorbed through the gut wall.

David Jubb lived off of nothing but water for 11 years. He says gut bacteria produce about 27 grams of protein a day, for instance. Most people, however, don't have 80,000 strains of microbes. Commonly people have as little as 12,000. Some very sick people have been found with just 1000 strains.
Antibiotics kill off the lifeforms we need to survive.
Probiotics and foods with good microbial cultures [kefir, ale, sauerkraut, raw cheeses, etc. etc.] supply people with quite necessary microbial strains. If you've ever had antibiotics IN YOUR LIFE it is essential to health and proper digestion to actively replenish them by eating raw, alive, fermented foods,, and it wouldn't hurt to take the best quality colostrum to kickstart good internal symbiosis.

Supposedly Louis Pasteur admitted his mistakes on his deathbed:
He forced other competing theories to his germ theory to be ignored. I do believe that his biographer was correct when he reported that Pasteur said: "Bernard is correct. The bacteria are nothing. The soil is everything." Pasteur was revealing to the world that his germ theory of disease was concocted and false.
The Louis Pasteur INSTITUTE admits Antoine Bechamp was right, i.e. even the Louis Pasteur Institute says Louis Pasteur was wrong!
Germ theory is the hypothesis that microbes are a root health problem as opposed to being a root health FACTOR that needs to be dealt with maturely and intelligently. It's really a paradigm based on the shoot-first-ask-questions-later principle. It is about politics, not about science.
