20 Tips for Menstrual Pain

(1) ENGRAMS are often associated with menstrual pain or cramps.
Find out who’s the matter with you.
Clues: MEN-struation, dys-MEN-orhhea, MEN-orrhagia, etc.

(2) Do the Alligator Pose, an alligator-like position assumed for back pain and sexual dysfunction.
It starts from a bridge position, moves forward into a semi-pushup with the belly on the floor, and continues all the way back with the buttocks against the heels and the forehead on the floor.
Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) recommended this exercise to work out “sexual frustration.”

(3) Rock back and forth in the knee-breast position.
It helps align the uterus with the vagina.

(4) Massage your Bladder Meridian neurolymphatic points, especially the ones in the umbilical and suprapubic region.
Guilt is “stored” in the bladder.

(5) Drink pomegranate juice for your kidneys at Large Intestine Time (5:00-7:00 am).
According to “Link Between Kidney And Ovarian Functions,” Science News Letter, April 28, 1945 …
“The experiments [by Kurt A. Oster of McKesson & Robbins, Inc.] have demonstrated for the first time that there is a definite link between the kidney and ovarian functions, a fact often suggested by physicians who noted changes in the function of the kidney in the menstrual cycle and especially during pregnancy.”

(6) Eat celery regularly but sparingly.
Eat the green part of celery and the tender leaves at Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 pm).
Eat the white part of the celery (the bottom few inches) at Circulation-Sex Time (7:00-9:00 pm).
Organic celery is especially potent and photoactive.
Caution: Organic celery is rich in photoactive linear furancoumarins and can cause photophytodermititis.
It’s also richer in the toxic compounds bergapton, psoralen, and xanthotoxin.
Celery grown in acidic fog is richer in toxic phytoalexins. (Everything in moderation and IN TIME.)
Celery can bleach away fear (oxidized adrenaline) just as cooks use celery to neutralize the sulfurous odor of cauliflower.
Celery is also an aphrodisiac containing the male hormone androsterone.
Heated celery emits a sexual pheromone.

(7) Eat garlic at Circulation-Sex Time (7:00-9:00 pm).
Allicin in garlic reduces blood clots.
Swami Nitty-Gritty advised eating garlic for “tenderness before menstruation.”
Garlic actually reverses cholesterol-induced atherosclerosis in rabbits.
Excess garlic interferes with iodine uptake in the thyroid. (Everything in moderation and IN TIME.)

(8) Avoid “liquid chlorophyll.”
Women are advised to supplement with liquid chlorophyll for the magnesium, but chlorophyll can’t exist in a liquid state.
Copper is added to liquefy chlorophyll, essentially creating the chemical equivalent of cuproglobin – lobster blood (and Vulcan and Romulan blood too).
Copper opposes magnesium.
Swami Nitty-Gritty warned, “Sexual trauma retains copper, causing too much electrical conduction, which, in turn, causes stroke. Also, phosphorus stays too dry.”
Get your chlorophyll from lettuce and green vegetables.

(9) Avoid cottonseed oil.
It’s associated with eye problems, menstrual syndromes, an sterility.

(10) Avoid milk or drink less of it.
Swami Nitty-Gritty cautioned, “Milk causes muscle cramps by draining iron out of the muscle.

Daniel Reid (The Complete Book of Chinese Health and Healing: Guarding the Three Treasures, 1994) wrote …
“From the traditional Chinese medical point of view, milk is a form of ‘sexual essence.’ For the human species to drink the sexual essence of another species can only lead to trouble, especially for females, because the hormones it contains will upset the delicate balance of the human endocrine system. If you insist on consuming dairy products, your best bet is goat’s milk, which approximates the nutritional composition and balance of human milk.”
Clarified butter made from cow’s milk is OK too

(11) Massage your ankles, wrists, neck, and waist.
These are 4 important hormonal reflex areas.
Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) advised self-massaging and stimulating these areas before beginning any type of bodywork on another person.

(12) Massage the neurolymphatic reflex points (Chapman’s reflexes) in your lower back just above the hips.
Gently grind out any calcified lymphatic tissue above the hip bones. (At least 1 out of every 20 people have them.)
The Large Intestine, Small Intestine, and Circulation-Sex meridians share common neurolymphatic points there.

(13) Massage your abdomen.
This is beneficial for your intestines as well as your uterus.

(14) Take a warm hip bath to induce sweating at Kidney Time (5:00-7:00 pm).
Drinking a small amount of gin and water during or after your hip bath helps relieve pelvic congestion.

(15) Treat yourself to a mustard foot bath.
Physicians routinely prescribed these foot baths for menstrual cramps more than 100 years ago.

(16) Be sure you’re having regular bowel movements – 3 per day (for most people).
Drinking (1) a cup of Cobalamin Tonic and/or eating (2) a few prunes with a vitamin-C tree fruit and/or eating (3) 3 papaya seeds with “break the fast” will ensure the first bowel movement of the day.
Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 am) is “Hydrogen Time,” and is your “second chance” to stimulate the bowels via the gastrocolonic reflex (by eating food) – assuming you haven’t already had a BM during Large Intestine Time (5:00-7:00 am) via a combination of the chronocolonic reflex (by synchronizing with biological time) and the orthocolonic reflex (by standing erect when getting out of bed).

(17) Eat an umeboshi plum at Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 am).
Use a nutcracker to access the kernel, and eat it too.
Don’t eat more than one kernel a day. (A small amount of natural cyanide is therapy. Too much is toxic or abuse.)

(18) Drink a glass of salt water between 6:30-7:00 am.
Make it the consistency of ocean water.
If the consistency is exact, this ISOTONIC solution will flush directly through to the anus within minutes, and little or no salt will be absorbed by the body.
Yogacharya Oliver Black (1893-1989) used this pre-breakfast technique for decades.
This and similar saline strategies are beneficial for your uterus. (The judicious use of salt can give your Significant Other a firmer erection too.)
It’s probably not a good idea to attempt this flush without supervision.
Besides, Cobalamin Tonic (coffee, cocoa, and maple syrup) accomplishes most everything this technique does.

(19) Drink 100-percent agave tequila, aloe vera, and pineapple juice at Circulation-Sex Time (7:00-9:00 pm).
Add a tablespoon of tequila and a tablespoon of aloe vera to an 8-ounce glass of pineapple juice.
Drink this “Tequila Sunset” after dinner, not during it.

(20) Supplement with black cohosh root or rhizome.
Use black cohosh cautiously and sparingly. It can cause liver damage

Single mega-dose of vitamin D eases menstrual cramps for up to two months, study reveals
It is now becoming widely known that maintaining optimal levels of vitamin D in the body boosts immunity and prevents a variety of debilitating diseases. But a new study published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine has found that women with primary dysmenorrhea, a gynecologic problem in menstruating women that results in severe pelvic pain, can eliminate their immobilizing cramps for up to two months by taking a single "mega-dose" of vitamin D.
Taking 300,000 IU of vitamin D every day on a regular basis would obviously be way too much for any person to handle, as the upper limit for daily intake is somewhere between 30,000 and 50,000 IU. However, taking this mega-dose every few months to alleviate menstrual pain instead of taking pharmaceutical drugs is a plausible option that appears to be both safe and effective.

In fact, researchers recently revealed that women with relatively low vitamin D levels (less than 45 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL)) who took a 300,000 IU mega-dose of vitamin D3 had a significant reduction in menstrual cramp pain. Two months after taking the vitamin D, the women rated their pain more than 2 points lower on a scale of 1-10, and all had stopped using painkillers. On the other hand, those who had taken a placebo reported no reduction in pain, and 40 percent were still taking pain medications.

Vitamin D found to shrink fibroid tumors
Sunil K. Halder, Ph.D., and colleagues tested the effects of vitamin D on a group of rats said to be genetically predisposed to fibroid tumors. The vitamin D group of rats received the human equivalent of what would be 1,400 international units (IU) of vitamin D daily. The vitamin D group experienced a significant shrinking of their tumors. Overall, the vitamin D group's tumors were roughly 75 percent smaller than the untreated group's tumors.
Rather than have to undergo a highly-invasive surgical procedure, in other words, many women with developing fibroid tumors may potentially benefit from simply exposing themselves more regularly to natural sunlight, or by supplementing with natural vitamin D3 pills. Since more than half the population is deficient in vitamin D, according to a 2010 study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, most people would benefit from recommendations to add a little extra vitamin D into their health regimen. Whether it is uterine fibroids, heart problems, chronic infections and illnesses, neurological problems, respiratory ailments, or skin diseases, natural vitamin D has been shown to provide therapeutic benefits with no negative side effects.

Use fiber-rich, vegetable-based diet for fibroid treatment
fibroid growth is linked to estrogen, according to Medline Plus. Drugs can block or suppress estrogen in order to treat fibroids. Gonadotropin releasing hormone medication can shrink fibroids by 30 to 90 percent by causing the ovaries to stop making estrogen, according to "The New York Times." Fibroids often shrink when women go through menopause, which is a time when they make less estrogen. Eating foods that reduce estrogen levels may therefore also shrink fibroids. Too much estrogen causes your uterus to grow excessively, which sometimes causes fibroids. Less estrogen because of diet may cause your fibroids to shrink as your estrogen levels lower, just as fibroids shrink during menopause or when taking estrogen-lowering medications.

Many sources suggest taking aloe vera juice against fibroid tumors (and many other ailments).

According to a oneradionetwork interview with Dr. Jonathan Wright, fibroids can be halted through HCG and made smaller using sodium iodide (intraveneously).
