I saw Robert was online [gmail] and asked him if he was interested in TEOTWAWKI. I sent him my info and he asked if i had ever received his 34 free files on his health discoveries. [Update: is now 52 files.]

He's truly one of the great health researchers out there and i was blown away by this wealth of information. FOR FREE, for Pete's sake!

super hydration drink
@ this interview with extremehealthradio Robert offers the recipe for what he calls a super hydration drink:
blend:
- 60 green grapes
- 2 bananas
- 7 kiwi
- 2 beets size of baseball
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 - 8 tbsp tocotrienols
Add the tocotrienols at the last second or the blend destroys them
