TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

(wheat) grass, grains

Steve Storch is one of the people who swear by drinking wheat grass. He is one of a number of authoritive people to suggest drinking up to an 8 oz glass of wheat grass can cause grey hair to regain color and bring back 20-20 vision, even in the elderly.

The basic principle of drinking wheat grass juice is that our bodies are generally lacking in minerals [the lack of which is the root of just about all illness] and grass offers minerals in a form that can be assimilated by the body.
Grass has the unique characteristic of all plants that it absorbs all minerals offered to it in the soil. This is why so many animals can live off of eating grass alone. Very large animals...
Our bodies cannot absorb salts and minerals directly but they need to be attached to a carbon atom; grass collects minerals from the soil, attaches a carbon atom to them, and it is a shortcut to mineralisation with often very quick results.

In the end it should be realized that the main advantage of eating mineral-rich foods is that the bacteria in our gut can then use them as part of the microcosm that is our gut flora, i.e. though some direct benefit appears evident from the drinking of wheatgrass juice, it's probably as well or even more about attaining a healthy gut. Wheatgrass also offers alkalinity that's necessary to combat over-acidity.
If one were to take antibiotics, however, such things negate the likely main benefit that grass juice offers.

Though "wheatgrass juice" is often talked about, the juice derived from grass can be from barley, rye, other grains or just plain grass from your lawn. As long as the grass is clean, it's actually not a problem to just cut it outside in public locales. The still growing grass, however, is to be preferred. It's this grass that also offers what Weston Price refers to as Factor X

HOW to drink it can pose a problem. It's simply and easily resolved by mixing with fruit juice, for example. Steve Storch says he mixes it with peppermint and stevia.
I've had wheatgrass shots that took me more than 10 minutes to finish and left me with a nauseated feeling. Drinking some juice will simply solve such a problem, i.e. the cultural 'shot of wheatgrass juice' isn't that hot an idea.

Atom Bergstrom's chronobiotic theory suggests it should be consumed in the afternoon.

There can be immense difference in quality to grass juice. I've had wheatgrass juice of grass grown of kamut and fertilized with ORMUS. You can set the bar however high you like.

Grass can be eaten; it just takes a person too much trouble to eat enough, even if you can stomach it [literally...].
Zecharia Sitchin suggested that ENLIL was starving humanity to death and that mankind survived by eating grass for tens of thousands of years and that when ENKI found the first homo erectus, they were living off of grass (and among other grass eaters, i.e. in peace with them as fellow herbavores).

I have added grass juice to my raw gruit ale recipe and was pleasantly surprised; the beer lost it's pale color and the green juice didn't turn the ale green but rather it gave it a better 'beer color'.

guerilla gardening grass

As mentioned in the above post, common grass from lawns are an acceptable source of grass for juicing.

50 years of research by Maynard Murray made clear that adding seawater to soil is a great way to fertilize it. People worry about salt in the seawater [70% of the sea minerals] but it's been explained to me that microbes in the soil actually appreciate the salt (that the plants might not).

It's entirely feasible to take seawater, add 4 or 5 units of fresh water, and fertilize grass with this once a month.
If one were to go to a random lawn in one's area, even if it's public, one might then harvest this grass and attain the highest quality.
(It's likely that such grass will grow up to 3 x faster than grass that hasn't been fertilized with seawater.)

This is a wonderful poor-man's solution to poor food. Since the mineral content of agriculturally sourced foods has plummeted some 90% in the last 50 years, it's likely that any food one buys at the grocer or supermarket is very lacking in mineral content (i.e. nutritional quality). By juicing grass daily, one can solve this dilemma for free. All it would cost is the price of a (manual) grass juicer. I know where to buy one (in Amsterdam) for 45 euros.

general

'Wheatgrass' for juicing can also be (regular) grass or any kind of grain that you allow to come up. Possible to do hydroponically, without any additions whatsoever, or in soil.
Soak rye seeds for one day [2 days will slow it down] and spread over damp soil.

Grass is special because it takes up all minerals that the soil has to offer. No wonder most huge animals live off of it.
Grass takes the minerals, attaches a carbon atom to them, and offers them up in a manner that can be assimilated by (animals or) us. People have been known to eat grass and it's rumored that homo erectus once lived off of it, or at least at times.

Wheatgrass juice has been said to reverse all kinds of health challenges, which is logical because almost all disease is fundamentaly caused by either toxicity or malnutrition in one form or another.

Juiced grass can be added to fruit juice to make it palatable. Don Jansen says he cleared up his eye sight and his aged father's hair turned black again by daily consuming a glass [8oz] of wheatgrass. He suggests adding peppermint and stevia to the wheatgrass juice to be able to drink it down.

for sale here locally for € 34,25

quinoa

The conquistadors forbade the cultivation of two of the world's best sources of vegetable protein
Both quinoa and amaranth are especially high-protein grains, containing eight to nine grams per one cup serving. Surprisingly, the protein they provide is nutritionally complete -- meaning that it has all the essential amino acids in the ratios needed by the human body -- a trait that is very rare in plant foods. Although quinoa and amaranth can be used like grains in cooking, they are not members of the grass family and are completely safe for people with gluten or corn allergies. To top it off, both also produce edible leaves.

Longevity Warehouse half hour podcast: The Mother of Grains with Truth Calkins
Truth Calkins explains about what he deems a miracle grain: quinoa.
Other grains he says are acceptable would be:
- amaranth
- millet
- buckwheat, and maybe
- spelt

He goes into how to soak and cook grains. In the case of quinoa it's:
- soak for 8 hours
- wash off thoroughly
- cook
