TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

Comfrey has a 400 year history of wound healing. It is favorably mentioned back in Turner's Herball of 1568, Gerard's Herball of 1597, Parkinson's 1640 Theatrum Botanicum, and Tournefort's 1719 Compleat Herbal. There have been monographs on comfrey throughout the centuries, and one of the active ingredients, allantoin, is found in salves and lotions today.
You can buy comfrey capsules, but they tend to contain dried comfrey leaf. Traditional herbalism tells us that the leaves are best used fresh, beaten into a poultice, and applied externally. Leaves taken internally, as with swallowed capsules, have little benefit, and negative side effects are much more likely. Comfrey, like medicinal herbs in general, is more a medicine than a food. It needs to be used appropriately. The root is the part we want to use. The root, tradition says, is for internal use, and the root is not to be taken raw. Instead, you make a decoction of the comfrey root. A decoction is basically just a boiled tea. First you have to take a bit of root, maybe a few inches of it, and wash it under water. Cut the root up, like you would a carrot, into slices or chunks. Put the pieces into a Pyrex or stainless steel saucepan with a cup or two of water. Bring it to a boil, boil it for five to ten minutes, and then let it sit and cool. The result is a dark-brown, not particularly bad tasting tea. A cup or two every other day will probably be enough.

"I regrew four decaying teeth, which the dentist wanted to drill and fill, by eating eggshells and swishing with comfrey root. I purchased dried comfrey root at the health food store. I added two tablespoons to a quart of water and, after bringing it to a boil, let it simmer for half an hour. I then strained the tea, and transferred it to a large container, which I kept in the refrigerator. Every night before bed, for two months, I swished a large mouthful of comfrey root tea in my mouth. Because comfrey root is taxing on the liver, I stopped after two months."

A tea, or infusion, of comfrey leaves can be made by using 1–2 teaspoons of the dried leaves to 1 cup of boiling water. Pour water over leaves, let steep 5 to 10 minutes, and then drink three or four time daily. A decoction of the root is made by using 1 teaspoon of dried root in 1 cup of water, and simmering for 5 to 6 minutes. The strained decoction can also be drunk three or four times daily.
To use comfrey externally, it may be made into a strong tea and used as a wash or it can be dried and used in an ointment or salve. If used fresh, the bruised, fresh leaf is applied directly to the skin, and the cleansed, crushed root can be applied to a minor wound if desired. In minor burns, applying fresh comfrey leaf or rool to the area can be helpful.

smoking (ingestion through thr lungs)

Cannabis smokers show greater lung capacity and lower cancer levels than non-smokers
Researchers found that, contrary to popular belief, smoking cannabis, does not interfere with lung function or capacity. This holds true for ongoing regular -even including daily- and long term consumption. Curiously, as a general rule, cannabis smokers had better lung function than nonsmokers, which researchers attribute to the smoking action itself, rather than the cannabis. Pot smokers inhale deeply and hold those breaths to make the most of their supply, expanding the lung's capacity.
Dr. Tashkin found that, in almost all instances, cannabis consumers had rates of cancer that were no different from those who didn't smoke cannabis. The one exception to this rule was between cannabis smokers and individuals who didn't smoke anything (including tobacco), in which marijuana smokers actually had lower levels of lung cancer.

One can also use iodine or any essential oil.

Put heated regular table (or other) salt in a cloth and put a bit of turpentine on it. Hold to the skin where there are parasites, pathogens, or infection. Also for sore knuckles and other joints [arthritis].
Afterwards apply oil.
