TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

foods that stop heart attacks from occuring
According to Atom Bergstrom, oats between noon and 13:00 is good for the heart.

72 minutes into this talk by David Wolfe (on hormones) he mentions that the foods that add the missing methyl group will also likely help what causes heart attacks.
He mentions that 100% of people who suffer from heart attacks have elevated homocysteine levels and homocysteines lack a methyl group (which the foods in the list supply). [BTW, only 50% of people who suffer a heart attack have elevated cholesterol levels.]

chiropractic treatment prevents heart attacks

Studies confirm chiropractic treatment prevents heart attacks and lowers blood pressure

The popularity of chiropractic care has grown dramatically since the middle of the 20th century. Although most people seek chiropractic treatment to relieve musculoskeletal pain, certain types of pain may be indicative of the patient experiencing a heart attack just before or during treatment.

Chiropractors should expect to have at least one presentation of a myocardial infarction, or heart attack, during their careers, according to chiropractor Dr. Dwain M. Daniel. Research indicates that regular chiropractic adjustments may prevent heart attacks, lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate, relieve chest pain and support the cardiovascular system, according to the Palmer Chiropractic College.

Studies at the College investigated the effects of chiropractic treatment on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems in reference to an analysis of heart rate variability. Findings indicated that chiropractic adjustments do reduce pain and lower participant's mean heart rate.

Coenzyme Q10 can prevent and treat heart disease by attacking multiple metabolic pathways
Several research studies reveal that CoQ10 works at a cellular level to protect delicate DNA and reduce dangerous inflammatory levels that are closely linked to heart disease. Further evidence exists to explain how the coenzyme improves blood flow to the heart muscle and enhances vascular elasticity to prevent arterial stiffening, commonly referred to as 'hardening of the arteries'. Scientists have also found that CoQ10 lowers unhealthy levels of oxidized LDL cholesterol by modulating gene signals involved with cholesterol metabolism.

Always take Vit. C when taking CoQ10; it's cheap and helps make the most of the (expensive) Q10

methyl groups

Half of the people that get heart attacks have normal cholesterol. What 100% of people who get a heart attack DO have is low methyl group count.

In the post CHALLENGES, adrenal fatigue / hormone issues is discussed how this problem is to be approached.

A number of OneRadioNetwork podcasts cover the insanity of statin drugs and the BELIEF that high cholesterol is bad. [I'll be posting links on that under HEALTH, history.]

Sleep duration directly linked to heart disease risk
Researchers from the University of Chicago are presenting the result of a study to the American College of Cardiology that explains a direct link between sleeping a minimum of six hours each night and dramatically increased risk of stroke, heart attack and congestive heart failure.
The study showed that people getting less than six hours of sleep each night were two times more likely to have a stroke or heart attack and 1.6 times more likely to have congestive heart failure. Conversely, those individuals that slept more than eight hours a night were two times more likely to have angina and 1.1 times more likely to have coronary artery disease.

Dietary flavonoids lower heart disease and stroke risk by nearly twenty percent
Heart disease and stroke will account for more than a third of all deaths annually, a number that continues to rise as dietary and lifestyle factors that contribute to these illnesses are made worse through a never ending barrage of advertising and marketing sleight of hand. Research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has found that consuming moderate amounts of food containing health-promoting flavonoids can provide antioxidant support to help lower the risk of heart attack or stroke by close to 20 percent.
The compounds found in a wide range of plant foods, including many fruits, vegetables, nuts, dark chocolate, tea and red wine fights systemic inflammation and protects the body's cellular structures from damage that causes chronic disease. Six to 10 servings of vegetables and fruit each day provides a defensive shield against heart disease and stroke.

Prevent or reverse hardening of the arteries without deadly pharmaceuticals
Phytonutrients in cranberries, known as proanthocyanidins (PACs), are the channel clearing agents. PACs do not kill bacteria or eliminate cholesterol. They simply don't allow bacteria or plaque debris to collect in urinary tracts or arterial walls. Anthocyanins appear in fruits and vegetables colored red or purple.
Other examples are blueberries and Jamaica (huh-my-ka) or hibiscus tea, which Dr. Andrew Weil has noted reduces blood pressure.

The Heart Disease Scam That Generates Billions Every Year... And May Cost You Your Life
- According to an analysis of eight clinical trials involving over 7,000 people, angioplasty offers no benefit compared to less invasive treatment of heart disease
- If you have stable heart disease, research shows that your initial treatment should usually be lifestyle changes. But less than half of heart disease patients are treated using lifestyle changes prior to undergoing angioplasty
- As an invasive surgery, angioplasty carries a serious risk of side effects, including heart attack, blood clots, kidney damage and death
- Heart disease is often preventable and treatable with lifestyle changes; only after exhausting lifestyle strategies should more invasive options, like drugs and angioplasty, even be considered

high blood pressure

The causes of high blood pressure are many and complicated. Though it is a popular SYMPTOM that mainstream professionals seek to attack, they won't be able to tell you WHY it occurs or why it's such a big problem. It's just more of the inconsistent mainstream paradigm that curses other modalities for supposed unscientific methods but then employs them as a matter of course itself when it suits it... Having said that,
- beet juice can considerably lower high blood pressure within 24 hours [if you're going to try drinking beet juice regularly, consider the warnings and solutions offered in Robert Von's Mini Beet Protocol
- avoid (mainstream) table salt that's 100% pure sodium chloride and therefore high in sodium. The kidneys balance sodium and potassium, therefore consider Robert Von's azuki sludge
- an adrenal/hormonal link is likely; consider solutions to hormonal issues
- a lifestyle link is likely; consider more Sun, more good and less bad fats, more fresh fruit in the morning, an 80-10-10 approach to carbs-fats-proteins, etc. etc. etc.
High blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes,, these are all so-called trashbin terms that refer to any number of causes. Therefore, there are no quick fixes and no easy answers to how to deal with them. A general approach to health is therefore always a good idea. IF you find what's triggering YOUR problem, so much the better, but don't count on any solution coming quickly or at all.

World Renown Heart Surgeon Speaks Out On What Really Causes Heart Disease
Prominent physicians labelled “opinion makers.” bombarded with scientific literature, continually attending education seminars, insisted heart disease resulted from the simple fact of elevated blood cholesterol. The only accepted therapy was prescribing medications to lower cholesterol and a diet that severely restricted fat intake. The latter of course we insisted would lower cholesterol and heart disease. Deviations from these recommendations were considered heresy and could quite possibly result in malpractice.
These recommendations are no longer scientifically or morally defensible. The discovery a few years ago that inflammation in the artery wall is the real cause of heart disease is slowly leading to a paradigm shift in how heart disease and other chronic ailments will be treated.
