It should be noted that it's an unnatural occurance that your body cannot deal with an internal infection. That chronic inflamation happens at all and that one should suffer from something like bursitis is due to a general lack of health. Bursitis can therefore be treated as a local inflamation, a local problem, but all kinds of things that promote general health might also cure the problem, perhaps even better, faster, and forever. Things like lack of good microbes (due to antibiotics, for instance) undermine the health at a basic level. Also, lack of minerals and toxicity create a unstable biological environment. More things can be considered. If one approach doesn't work, other natural approaches should be considered. Drugs [pharmaceutical toxins that only increase toxic load] need NEVER be considered.

Infections are an important general factor that undermines health. In fact, it may be the main symptom that underlies other symptoms. Ultimately infections are not a cause since there's something causing infections in the first place, but if there's an infection somewhere in the body, the whole body suffers.
An infection can be something as inoccuous as poor dental hygiene. In fact, many professionals are now suggesting that doing one's best to maintain good oral health is one of the best things one can do for overall health.
When there's an infection brewing somewhere in the body, your entire body is at a state of alert. This is chronic stress that you don't need. It depletes the body of hormones and stresses the organs (like the adrenal glands) that produce hormones. These organs can get burned out, causing a very serious condition called adrenal fatigue. All kinds of stress can contribute to adrenal fatigue, including chronic infection.

Chronic infection needs to be combatted wherever possible. Brushing your teeth with colloidal silver, for instance, can help, as explained, in supporting overall health (for the simple reason that oral infections are combatted, resulting in a less general stress on the body's immune system). Having enough strains of good bacteria to help the body along could be crucial. Unloading toxins (in a safe way), can be crucial. Giving the body enough minerals [like in so-called superfoods] can be crucial.
The above are ALL basics to good health and when good health is lacking, problems like infections are an accident waiting to happen. And, as explained, if chronic infections are present, all kinds of other symptoms may happen.

In this post i've switched between using "infection" and "inflamation" randomly. An infection causes the body to react by inflamation. They are two sides to the same coin. Infections don't always cause inflamation and inflamation isn't always caused by infection. Both, however, are used in this post in the case of infection-caused inflamation.

Chickweed is used by traditional herbalists for hemorrhoids
Dr. John Ray Christopher, one of the greatest master herbalists of the twentieth century, used chickweed as a remedy for hemorrhoids. Dr. Christopher explained that hemorrhoids were caused by eating too much sugar in the form of candy, pastries, soft drinks, bread, and coffee drinks. The sugar leaches out calcium from the body, as does alcohol, tobacco products, and any product containing white flour. One of the first places to become weak when calcium is leached out is the cardiovascular system. Dr. Christopher noted that when fecal matter sits in the descending colon and rectum for too long due to constipation, the sugar in the stool eats away the walls of the rectum. The weakened blood vessels in the rectum then form painful hemorrhoids. Two or three warm sitz baths a day made with chickweed tea (decoction) followed by an application of chickweed ointment was said to bring relief from hemorrhoids.

In some countries, turnips are called “natural penicillin”!!!! And they should be, they will utterly reverse the worst craziest cases of internal and external hemorrhoids and all forms and kinds of bowel disorders and esp anything to do with the veins and arteries of the body, not just reversing spider veins but super disgusting varicose veins which looks like intestines on the side of your calves or wherever… scary, but reversible… just have to eat them raw, good luck with that.

Correction of This Vitamin Deficiency Shown to Improve Seizure Control in Epilepsy
Researchers administered a one-time 40,000-200,000 IU dose of vitamin D3 to patients with epilepsy in order to bring their vitamin D levels out of a deficiency state. The participants, who ranged in age from 10-42, had vitamin D levels ranging from 4 ng/ml to 34 ng/ml, with a median level of 11.8. This is an absolutely dangerously low level. (Anything below 50 ng/ml is a deficiency state.) After the treatment dose of vitamin D, the participants’ vitamin D levels did improve to a range of 23-45 ng/ml, with a median of 38 ng/ml. It’s important to note that this is still low according to the latest science … but the improvement still resulted in a decrease in their number of seizures. After increasing their vitamin D levels, the results showed:
•10 of the 13 subjects had a decrease in number of seizures
•Overall, there was a median seizure number reduction of 40%
•A seizure reduction of greater than 50% was experienced in five patients
The most revealing result, however, occurred among the person whose vitamin D was a dangerously low 4 ng/ml at the start of the study. This person had 450 seizures in a three-month period, but after raising vitamin D level to 43.1 ng/ml, the seizures dropped to 30 in three months!

"Have you ever seen a limestone bridge?" is how Adano put it. The strength of a bridge is not in the calcium compounds (concrete, cement, etc.). It is supplied by the superstructure---the girders.
Calcium is merely the basis of the "cement" of bone. Silicon, iron, phosphorus, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, manganese, boracium (boron), fluorine, strontium, barium, aluminum (yes, aluminum!), lead (yes, lead!), vitamins C and D, and collagen are responsible for the framework.
Zinc, copper, magnesium, helium, beryllium, gallium, yttrium, zirconium, cerium, gold, radium, actinium, uranium, plutonium, and americium are also important overlooked constituents of bone.
Calcium easily gets lost in the bone matrix shuffle, especially compared to those four superhero macromineral musketeers, hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen. Only a paltry two percent of the entire freakin' human body is composed of calcium, while oxygen alone makes up an entire two-thirds of it.
Calcium, not in a compound combination, is a catabolic element that increases entropy and osteoclasitic activity (goodbye, bone cells!). It does not exist by itself in nature, only in compound form. Combine it with nitrogen and oxygen, and you get fertilizer. Combine in with oxygen, you get lime. Combine it with carbon and oxygen, you get limestone. Even in combination, calcium cannot provide the requisite strength for the incredible daily demands we make on our bones.

2) Osteoporosis is not a consequence of aging.
Bone loss is a consequence of ignorance (including the calcium chauvinism rampant in old doctor's tales) and abuse (forty miles of bad road syndrome). Ninety-nine percent of all bone loss is premature. Don't buy into agist and deathist mindsets. Subvert the dominant paradigm. Living to die can be fatal.
Modification of one's lifestyle can prevent bone loss. The living to live agenda can rebuild bone mass.

3) Osteoporosis is not helped by walking or jogging.
Walking may help bone matrix retention an itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny bit, but jogging and aerobics actually remove minerals (including calcium) from the bone matrix. Lactic acid and carbonic acit are two of the chemical rustlers activated by inappropriate exercise. Hang 'em high!
"Thank God for pizza-eaters and joggers," commented Adano. "They keep us reflexologists in business."

Goat, sheep, yak, and reindeer milk are OK, but moo glue sucks minerals out of bone like a vacuum cleaner. The villains include lactic acid, galactose, casein (think plastic buttons and Elmer's Glue-All), and lactalbumin. Hang 'em high!
Pasteurizing any kind of milk denatures lysine, an essential amino acid that is essential for the growth and repair of bone and tissues. Lysine is necessary for the manufacture of the calmodulins that handle 95 percent of calcium metabolism.
Nitrogen, incidentally, cannot be utilized without lysine, which is good news for all opportunistic cancer cooties.
Adding insult to injury, lysine deficiencies are genetically transmitted.

Rye is supposed to be high in lysine (but i don't see it in the lists).

The Herpes Diet
- avoid eating arginine foods like:
  chocolate, nuts & peanuts, oats (supplements with arginine)
- consume lysine:
  dairy, eggs, brewer's yeast, sardines & cod, sprouts
- foods that offer plenty of Vit. C, bioflavonoids, and zinc
- avoid artificial sweeteners, white bread, coffee, sugar
- eat cruciferous vegetables
- avoid junk food and junk fats
- eat more fresh and raw
- consume foods that support the adrenals

Science proves that cranberries stop urinary tract infections, but it's still illegal to say so
It was observed that there was a 38 percent reduction in UTI rates among participants taking some kind of cranberry product, compared to participants taking no cranberry product at all. And particularly among women with a history of UTI, those who took a cranberry product were nearly 50 percent less likely to develop an infection than when they were taking no cranberry product.
