extreme changes


Teen girl rushed to hospital for eating nothing but chicken nuggets for 15 years

In the above story the extreme plight is covered of a 17-year-old who simply CAN'T eat anything other than one single unhealthy food. I've met a similar case myself, an 18-year-old with debilitating IBS [irritable bowel syndrome] who could only actually keep down foods that were agrivating her condition. Veggies made her puke.
What then?

Health is mainly determined by 3 things:
- gut flora
- mineralization
- toxicity
The above is contrary to what most people BELIEVE to be the case, namely that it's about fat-protein-carb ratios or vitamins; such things are symptoms and not causes. Vitamins, for instance, can only be absorbed in the first place by good gut flora IF there are enough minerals present to do the job, i.e. good gut flora and proper mineralization equals plenty of vitamins.

It seems that it could be quite possible to live off of a diet of only meat. It COULD be IF...
If the meat one eats is completely mineralized and therefore mineralizing to whoever consumes it, one could go a long way.

In the above example of a girl who can practically only eat chicken nuggets, if the girl were offered nuggets that came from chickens that had been fed the best foods, she'd probably see her health turn around by that one change. Then, in time, she'd likely be able to eat other things.

I forget the source but i've read about this before. I read or heard about a child that suddenly ate more than the 3 things she always ate because of such a change. The parents were amazed to hear their daughter say something like "Look mommy, i ate 'this or that'!" after years of only eating 3 things. It's all in the details that go back to the basics:
- microbes
- minerals
- toxins

If the girl that can only eat chicken nuggets were offered the best quality chicken and they also were dealing with toxicity, miracles could happen very quickly. I wouldn't be surprised [based on the kind of stories one can read about] if things could be turned around in a matter of days.
It would be wonderful if she might also be offered probiotics in some form or other to support an increase in good gut flora but 2 out of 3 [i.e. mineralization and decrease of toxicity] alone should be enough to turn things around.


This is where the rubber meets the road; all kinds of symptoms ultimately come down to a few basic causes. The endless array of symptoms gives people the impression that disease is necessarily complicated and improvement or even health necessarily difficult. Though this is what a 'medical' profession built on pushing drugs is happy to have people BELIEVE, reading into medical RESEARCH oneself paints a very different picture.
Even difficult eaters [children are notorious for this] can be helped by sticking to the basics and supporting general health (as opposed to focusing on symptoms). Choices based on such understanding offer results and cures instead of syndromes that never end. They also make FEASIBLE solutions possible. The TRUTH about nutrition is liberating and the BELIEFS about it only serve an industry focused on treating symptoms.

cycles


Experience teaches that everything works in cycles. This means that things take time and that patience is a necessity.

I was once caught in the hills without enough water on a very hot and dry day. I was getting a headache and finding it harder and harder to walk. I couldn't find proper shade but found something halfway decent and rested for half an hour or so. I felt better but why? I didn't have water to drink so my thirst only should've gotten worse, right? But during my rest my body relocated water supplies within my body and cells. All my body really needed was time.

There are cycles of all kinds of length. Some take minutes, others hours, days, or weeks to take their course. There are daily cycles of brain activity, for example, offering everyone certain hours that are appropriate for absorbing information or for creative work. Forcing things is often counter productive and can actually create conditioning AGAINST the very thing you're seeking to accomplish, getting you to hate trying to do something and thereby indirectly getting you to hate doing that thing.

Thirst and hunger are good examples of cycles in the body that take time and will go away if you just give the body the time it needs to deal with your needs. Not only that, but there are sometimes conflicting cycles working simultaneously. For instance, parasites living in the body may get hungry and stimulate hunger in your body, but their cycles are much more pressing and short than your own body cycles. That means that if you just ride out the 'hunger' sensation you are experiencing, your parasites could starve or die off and the feeling of hunger will just go away (and you'll wonder why you were so hungry before).

Patience. Endurance. Faith. Hope. These things can be strongly linked to allowing cycles to take their course. Conscious awareness of this can be what makes it possible not to give in to the fear that what's wrong will never end.
