Sniffing Rosemary Can Increase Memory By 75%
Omega-3 fatty acid intake improves your memory
According to Atom Bergstrom eating almonds and walnuts in the morning, and ginseng at night will help improve memory.
The chronobiotic diet he talks about which works with 12 daily 2-hour cycles of different organs, does not mention a 2-hour brain cycle because the brain is connected to the lung and other bladders. In fact, the brain is itself a bladder [like lungs, urine bladder, and galbladder]. This suggests in itself that galbladder flushes should have great effect on brain health. It's certainly true [as i myself have experienced] that moods can be extremely effected by an effective gallbladder flush.
[Atom Bergstrom explains that the lungs actually evolved out of the bladder. The bladder fish, he says, is a good example of how the bladder has this affinity. Mammals evolved from sea life and they didn't have lungs; lungs came from bladders that evolved and that's why they are opposites on the chronobiotic table, with lung time at 03:00 in the morning and bladder time at 15:00 in the afternoon. In fact, sometimes it's suggested that there are basically only 6 organs with each having it's own antagonist form.]
The best time to meditate is during 03:00 to 05:00 [sundial time] because this is lung time. Also, studying at 15:00-17:00, gallbladder time, works well.
