TEOMCROTE = TEOTWAWKI on steroids! The End Of Mankind's Current Reign Over The Earth takes into account that our ancestors were neither suicidal, stupid, nor our genetic inferiors but still wound up getting wiped off the Earth. Whereas CSER [cser.org: Centre for Study of Existential Risk] tries to PREVENT this dispensation from coming to an end, TEOMCROTE works from the eventuality/possibility/probability that the end our age takes place and what to do then

Detoxing general

The below article i posted on anno70.nl with what i'd picked up so far on detox. It sure seems to have a lot to do with bacteria, as well.
I'm making a list of all the things professionals say helps with heavy metal detox like:
berries/small blue fruit like blueberries,
fatty (good quality) dairy like grass-fed goatmilk products,
NDF [powerfully detoxifying probiotics],
EDTA,
spring water [or revitalized, making molecules octagonal]

and i'll be adding to that list as i remember things and learn about new options.
Foods are the simplest and most affordable, of course, but my own experience is that NDF, though expensive [$ 80 for 1 ounce bottle] is REALLY powerful and just a few drops will start major detoxifying effects [getting grumpy... ;-) ].

article Gallbladder Flush and The Other Basic Health Steps:

A few weeks ago i did a gallbladder flush and my constitution is much improved for it. 8 Oz. of olive oil and some lemon juice (preceded by epsom salts and malic acid the days before) and not only is my gallbladder flushed clean but it's like my mind is. As expected and planned, btw. I mistakenly started the bodily cleanup with liver flushes and had already done 6 [you do them until stones stop coming out], when it dawned on me that the gallstones i was flushing out of the liver might want to pass through the gallbladder that was itself most likely obstructed with gallstones of its own. Whether that's the case or no, the gallbladder flush cleared my mind and body like no 6 liver flushes had. I feel like a new man and all after one gallbladder flush!

You see, the gallbladder is poorly named and "liverbladder" would have been more fortunate because all the gallbladder does is collect and squirt gall that the liver produces. Anyway, clearing the liver's bladder (which is basically what the gallbladder is) before starting on the liver itself wasn't mentioned in the book i'd read on flushes but logic demanded this was the case. So instead of 4 Oz. of olive oil for yet another liver flush, i did the 8 Oz. gallbladder flush as described by the Jubbs in their recipe book. The anger in me, trapped in a number of inch-sized and hundreds of smaller gallstones, promptly exited my bowels and my irritable and emotionally not too stable condition is now a thing of the past.

Gallbladder and liver flushes are paramount for good health. Mind you, it's a one-time deal for those who improve their diets enough; otherwise once or twice a year will provide upkeep. And gallstones are not a naturally occuring phenomenom in a healthy body. From parasites taking advantage of unnatural pollutants to the pollutants themselves, added to unnatural lifestyles, we are a far cry from any kind of situation that might be like what our forefathers had to deal with. So one might consider drinking a tall glass of olive oil is unnatural but perhaps one lost the right to such considerations when one dared be born in this day and age.

Our political (and) medical authorities declared war on non-sentient life long ago, especially the microbial kind. Since 19th century politics embraced Pasteur's lies about bacteria and viruses, our main approach to single-celled lifeforms has been genocide and carpet bombing, as it were; we boil, irradiate, and contaminate our foods with chemicals as if they were inherently dangerous, not nutritious. We use antibiotics to bombard our bodies' one-celled symbionts like so much Agent Orange. From extreme poisons [mercury in vaccines and amalgam fillings] to murderous radiation, the medical adage is clearly "Shoot first ...and let God sort 'm out!" and to hell with prudence or humility.

In order to obtain/regain the health that our not-so-challenged forbears enjoyed (who, contrary to common belief, did not suffer endlessly without our modern 'medical' practitioners) we need to look at, consider, and accept how our lives are fundamentally different from our ancestors' and act accordingly. You don't have to go that far back; even our grandparents didn't boil the life out of the milk they drank, for instance. In their ignorance they left what necessary enzymes and beneficial bacteria are to be found in raw milk intact but we think killing everything off and boiling it down to inorganic parts constitutes safety and wisdom, even science. Nothing could be further from the truth. We cannot live without our one-celled friends and the truth of the matter is that it's they who feed us, not what we put in our mouths i.e. we ourselves. And who's silly enough to wipe out the hand that feeds you? Yep: doctors.

Having recognized the simple yet scientific fact that we live in symbiosis with our gut flora, we can really start getting a grip on our health. For when we allow good bacteria to thrive, enzymes to survive (not heated to pieces), and maybe add a few strains of the symbionts we killed off with our vaccinations, antibiotics, irradiation [flying at 10,000 ft bombarded by cosmic rays], and poisonous teeth fillings [to name just the most common weapons of mass destruction],, we can finally start really making headway with the other pieces of the health puzzle.

Detoxing general II

There are 4 major factors in regaining health and they have to do with structural integrity [the skeleton], intestinal flora, cleanliness, and nutrition.
Look at it like you might a building filled with squatters that you want back into shape:
- the walls, especially internal supports and foundation have to be sound; that's your skeleton. How can a waterpipe run along a crooked wall? The same goes for nerves, bloodvessels, etc.
- you want responsible tenants who don't eat away at the building but make money and pay rent; that's the right kind of bacteria. Kick out the bad and bring in the good.
- it's your job as owner to clean out the filth and debris that the squatters left behind; your bowels, kidney, gallbladder and liver are your main points of focus. (You leave the remodeling [details] to the new tenants.)
- you also have to supply water, electricity, phone connections, etc. to keep your new tenants happy and support the upkeep of your refurbished highrise; this is about eating things that beneficial bacteria and your body need in order to function properly. That's about eating foods that contain enzymes and beneficial bacteria, quality oils (and enough of them), and a wide variety of (trace) minerals (copiously found in so-called superfoods).

You now understand why merely putting in better tenants [i.e. taking probiotics], bringing in a cleaning team [doing colonics and/or organ flushes], making sure there's running water just didn't cut it. You were leaving too many steps out. Your body is a micro climate unto itself and though it may take some concerted effort to really get results, getting every basic aspect in order is in itself completely feasible. Drop the dogmatic taking-one-symptom-at-a-time approach. You are not a machine, you are a community.
Here's a suggestion of a list of things one might check off on the road back to vitality, health, and general wellbeing (and you can be damned sure your physical wellbeing is directly connected to your emotional wellbeing):
- get your Atlas bone corrected and then let a chiropractor take a look at the rest;
- do organ flushes in the following sequence: kidney, gallbladder, then liver; gallbladder and liver flushes should be preceded by a 3-day juice fast and a colonic, and followed up by (and continue juice fasting until) another colonic (the next day);
- look into raw food, lifefood, superfoods, distilled (but reenergized) water, and chronobiotic eating. If nothing else, start drinking wheatgrass juice (and lots of it if that's all you do). There are some (safe) supplements to be had at first, like MSM, iodine, or clay;
- clean house: take herbs and other supportive measures to get rid of fungi, yeasts, worms, and heavy metals. Stop using products that pollute with dangerous (though inoccuous) chemicals, compounds, and metals.
- probiotics are expensive and will only thrive and settle in if the environment is supportive of their needs. They are the tenants to your refurbished building and would you invite tenants to take residence in a halfway finished project? When you've taken care of the first 4 points, buy some good probiotics (containing thousands of strains) and you'll be set for real change that's permanent, healing, and cumulative.

It should be clear by now that if one were, for instance, to clean house, check the foundation, kick out the squatters and get new tenants but NOT arrange for electricity and water, that any improvements will be temporary at best, for what good tenants will/can stay in a building without proper facilities? The building would then quickly get dirty again and in come the only ones willing and able to house there: the parasitical (non-rent-paying) squatters.
Likewise any failure to complete the picture of a good body will not only not result in the vibrant health that's your birthright but probably hardly in any improvement at all. Certainly nothing permanent and earth-shaking.

There's a good reason people lose heart and figure health is an uphill fight at best. If you don't take into account the symbiotic nature of your existence as a human being, together with all kinds of 'invisible' lifeforms, you're living an inorganic lie. No great truths, success, or freedom can come of that.
There are more one-celled organisms in your body than you have cells. Hell, even the mitochondria, the powerplants of every one of 'your' cells, have their own DNA, i.e. if we killed all of the 'non-human' DNA in our bodies, not a cell of our body would survive! Not your liver, not any organ or function, not for a second. We are an inherently symbiotic lifeform. Deal with it.
Your health is much much more than a random collection of independently functioning organs and the sooner you start taking the bigger picture into account, the sooner you'll be able to call yourself the proud proprietor of the most valuable real estate ever: your own body.

Detox and magnesium

Magnesium is the most lacking mineral there is and rubbing magnesium oil [MgCl] on the skin a good and affordable way of solving a Mg deficiency, though it'll usually take months of daily dosages to cure Mg deficiency.

14 minutes into this podcast with David Jubb he goes into how Mg is an important component in 200 detox systems, i.e. having enough Mg in the body is essential to detox.

the need to detox

In this Mercola article on Perchlorate pollution, one sees just one example of how chemical and other pollutants have found their way into every single one of us, into our bodies and cells.

Detox nowadays isn't the luxury it once might have been (for some/many). We are all at risk.
The same goes for techniques that most probably still assume are extreme or technical cleansing choices, like enemas or liver flushes. Our livers and bowels especially, though, are subject to chemical and other abuse that our forbears, even as little as 30 years ago, did not suffer like we do.

Hulda Clark, may she rest in peace, taught us decades ago that solvents and other chemicals are being drawn into our bodies. They're passing the skin barriers that used to keep us clean on the inside. Because of the chemicals that now come into depths of organs and tissues (that our ancestors never had to cope with), parasites, too, live in places, that are typical of our modern age.

Detoxing with things like MMS and liver/gallbladder flushes may seem like chemical/unnatural approaches to health, but it's about fighting fire with fire. It's about dealing with the problem at an appropriate level.

So-called natural solutions, or solutions that seem to be at a sufficient degree of seriousness, usually don't take the true extent of modern pollution into account.

We suffer as we prepare for the most testing happenstance in our generation's history: 2012. Our brains suffer and it's hard to remain focused, we lack energy, and we're trapped in lives that are limited to dealing with day-to-day survival, not with preparing for the future, let alone a demanding one.
We must deal with today appropriately and that means accepting the harsh truth that we live in a very polluted world that makes our trials all the harder.

When the going gets tough, the tough get tougher; we just have to deal and that means being serious about detox TODAY!

lead in glass

from Robert Von's tidbits:

Champagne, like all grapes, will bring out heavy metals and remove them, in this case removing them from the glass into your body as opposed to removing them from your tissues and into the urine!!

Robert Cassar

Of all the people i've heard of talking about detox, Robert Cassar seems to take things to a completely different level.

Check this vid out [www.youtube.com/watch?v= DUIRr7E_1uU] to get an idea of how serious he gets into detox.
He sells the necessary products but his Earth Shift Project is about offering healthy and healing foods and products at wholesale prices.

Medicinal herb ginger helps protect against the effect of chemical parabens
Parabens role as a pseudo or xenoestrogen means they may be implicated in a number of health conditions such as the early onset of puberty and hormonally related illnesses such as breast and colon cancer. Parabens have also been linked to oxidative degradation of fats and reduced levels of anti-oxidants in the livers of mice.
How common are parabens? In a 2010 study in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives, scientists evaluated over 2,500 urine samples from Americans over the age of six and found exposure to methyl parabens in over 99% of the sample and to propyl parabens in over 92%.
In a 2006 study human red blood cells were treated with parabens in a test tube. The result was a significant increase in the rate of hemolysis, or breakdown of the cells. When ginger was introduced to the samples along with parabens the result was a significant decrease in the rate of breakdown.
